“Awful customer service”

I bought a bag from the website which looked very professional and smart. The bag arrived within a reasonable time frame however the bag that arrived did not match the dimensions stated on the website. I submitted a "ticket" and was advised I would be contacted within 48 hours, and nearly a week on I still haven't heard back from them. I tried to phone the number but the line was just quiet and clearly was not operational. I am going to try contacting them again otherwise will return my bag and demand they also refund the postage. I too will report them to trading standards for mis-representing items on their website and for appalling customer service.

Yes I agree. I have never experienced customer service like this either. I am trying to get a refund for a returned holdall but i am getting nowhere. Also i think that some of these gleaming reviews are fake. I put a negative review on this site this morning and within no time at all 3 five star reviews were submitted after mine ?????
