“custoner services rubbish”

i ordered some garments in the sale,the ist time id ordered anything.i asked 4 them to deliver to a neighbour,they put my parcel over a wall so they said i avnt even got a wall,so the parcel went missing,i waited in the c/service queue which didnt tell u how many people were waiting,and used all my 4.80 worth of credit without getting through,ive ad to email them and get an answer every 2 days from wich i think theres a robot on the other end after telling them 3 times i still av not parcel,they r still asking me if i ad got it,i am at my whits end,with them,i am gonna av to mail again or pay to get through into the queue again,i av asked 3 times in my mail to ring me to sort the problem out nut to no avail,i will never buy anything from them again over the net
