I ordered an expensive dress for my Birthday as the River Island store by me does not have as much choice and I wanted a dress with sleeves.

I payed extra so it would be here well before my birthday this Saturday, the tracking system says it was on the van in a town which is a ten min drive from my house 2 days ago and I also had a text message saying it would be delivered that day, I still have heard or seen nothing of my parcel,no card has been left and when I ring the parcel service I get told all there lines are busy.

It looks like it has been stolen so I now have the task of trying to prove I have not had my parcel and now have no dress to wear and am 70 pound down.

I will never order anything online again! :(
