“wrong product!”

i ordered a top in the sale that my sister had wanted for son long as a christmas gift, i understand everyone will have been ordering at this time of year so i didnt mind that i recieved the parcel two week after the new year even though the postage did say 3-4 days, not only was the products late but the top i ordered was not even in the parcel, an alterbitive had been sent that my sister hated, when i phoned customer services about this, they were very un-helpful and told me there was no tops left in which i originally ordered left and because the products took so long to arrive after my purchase date i couldn't even return the top! not very happy to say i regularly spend a lot of money in this shop!
