today is March 18th; on February 4th i paid Reebok £126.50 for a pair of customize yourself trainers. cash taken instantly and email to confirm order stating UP TO 5 WEEKS to deliver as they are unique orders; all fine with me... 5 weeks and 3 days later i called to say not received and website/account STILL says processing order. Since then i have had to call many times and email even more and have yet to receive a refund or the trainers! Terrible customer service which by the way, when you call reebok you have to speak to Adidas(kind of explains the terrible service)! i have lodged a complaint, asked to speak to a manager which was refused as they simply do not have customer facing managers; supervisors or anyone of authority!! i will be taking legal action but thought it best to share my experience with them as i have shopped online A LOT over the past years and this is by far the worst i have ever been treated!!!

Bought some lovely EasyTone shoes. They were delivered very quickly and fit very well. I even managed to get them in the sale at 50% off. The website also many different styles, colours and sizes of shoes and clothing.

The Reebok online store has a large selection of Reebok clothing and shoes. I bought some CrossFit Nano's and some CrossFit tops. Very pleased with the quality and feel of the them. The price is about the same as in the shops, but they offer free delivery. I would highly recommend them, and delivery was very fast. Thank you.
