There are no words to describe this shocking cheap Chinese company! Disgraceful service, fabrics,embellishments and rip off dresses. They are absolutely rubbish. You may as well throw your money in the bin!. They should not be allowed to trade! BEWARE!

The worst made dress I have ever seen. It is over 10cm larger then the sizes provided and can not be altered without re-making the entire dress. They offered $30 for us to alter locally. What a joke! If the dress was made (even close) to the sizes given, this may be an option. When I contacted them, they called me a liar and accused me of staging the photos I sent as evidence of wrong size. They completely denied everything and said the dress was fine and that I was making it all up. The company is based in China and they do not alter, refund or return any item regardless what it says in the terms and conditions. They hide behind the Chinese trade laws that do not apply in Australia. Stay well clear of this company! They do not deserve anyone's business and should be shutdown.

although my dress came very quickly, it was terribly made, a very cheap knock off dress compared to the picture they advertised. The diamontes and craftmanship was very substandard. On trying to get a refund from this company, they offered me $20 Australian, which does not even cover the cost of postage. They came across as an Australian company, but their dress arrived from China with no return address. Be very very wary.....very cheap substandard dresses.....

I ordered a dress for a quinceñera I'm attending with multiple other girls in the same dress. The dress came in a completely wrong color than what I ordered. I contacted their customer service and they refused to let me return it saying it was made in the right color. They then tried to compare the fabric they used to the picture of the model showing it was close to the same color however I didn't even order the color that the model was wearing. This whole ordeal was very frustrating considering I paid 100 dollars for a dress that is in the wrong color. I do not reccomend buying from this site, it's a rolling the dice on whether you get what you paid for. Not pleased.

Ordered a dress for my daughter's Year 12 formal and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived and the quality of the dress. The fabric is lovely. A great likeness to the photo.

I placed a rush order (within 2 weeks) on a made to order gown with Queenieaustralia.com and I must admit I had my reservations.. however, the dress arrived, early, and is absolutely stunning! The quality is excellent and the fit is perfect! I will definitely use Queenieaustralia again and I have already recommended them to everyone I know. Thank you so much for my beautiful gown!

I emailed with queenie dresses a couple times before ordering, they got back to me in a timely matter and were very helpful! I needed my dress in a hurry and it came even a week earlier than promised! It's more gorgeous even than the picture! The color is bright and the bling is sparkley!!! I love it, I'm so happy with it and excited to wear it!!!!! Thanks 

My daughter ordered 6 bridemaids dresses from what we thought was a uk company but when they arrived they had come from China. The dresses were cheap, tacky and badly made, they were nothing like the picture. My daughter emailed them several times asking to return them and could she can have a refund but they have refused. They don't send a return note and say you need to contact their customer service, what a joke. They don't send a returns note so that you can't return them but they don't say that on their website. We have been tricked.

Ordered 3 dress- 2 fit ok ( but will need altering) even though measurements were given. Other dress way so small it didnt even fit my size 6 sister! Emailed them and complained and followed all the correct procedures all that rubbish- paid £50.00 for a replacement dress and re-sent measurements. New dress arrived and it was SMALLER than the original dress. Emailed and complained. They were DISGUSTING. Saying i was wrong or that my bridesmaid had clearly put on weight, and it wasn't their fault.So being completely taken back by all this, i said i wanted my money back ( £130 after all both dresses didn't fit.) In the end i told them where to shove it and i "apparently" will be receiving £25.00 Totally not worth any effort. THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY RUBBISH AND RUDE. Dont waste your money or time!

Ordered a size 12 - no measurements were ever taken or sent - received the dress and my daughter (15 yrs) took it straight to the post office as it would not have fit a 10 year old. Unfortunately, for us, the post office person sent the dress back to Toll address in china! After many many emails to someone called Sherley, no suitable outcome has been reached. They refuse to believe we returned the dress, insist we haven't followed the correct return procedure so forth and so on. The facts are: it was a poor quality, Ill fitting item, returned and no refund forthcoming. They tried to offer $50 as a pay off when the dress was $150. If ANYONE in this company had any moral decency they would refund the money. I would love to know where their Australian shop/office is???? Do not order anything from this website!

Dress was badly made, cheap material, faults with the zip, didn't fit even though I sent measurements. In addition to the less than acceptable standard of the dress, the service was poor and they will not accept a refund. I have even sent them photos that they requested to show the poor fitting and quality of the dress but they simply refused to accept the return. Do not buy from them - hugely disappointed.

I ordered a dress last month from Queenie Australia and it is the worst dress I have ever seen or tried on!! It was completely different from what I ordered and is made out of the cheapest material, I was really disappointed and upset. The lace part of my dress had holes in, it was way too big and just looked cheap and tacky. I requested a refund but they only gave me an $80 refund when it was over $200. I definitely WOULD NEVER ever buy a dress online that is made in Asia, or through Queenie Australia it is such a waste of money and the outcome is awful. It is really hard to reason with them and get a refund too. Stay away from this company and buy from a trusted Australian retailer!

I recently purchased this dress for my bridesmaids, we are very very impressed!.. with the quality, the colour and the sizing.The dress is very well made, it has a built in padded bra and a strap on the inside of the dress to hold it in place. The color (Watermelon) is a pretty I am very happy with it. The service provided was timely and efficient, and at all times I was able to track the process. for custom made size worth waiting worth everything and we are all very excited on my big day.thank.

I purchased 6 bridesmaid dresses from Queeniebridesmaid in seperate orders as my bridemaids can't meet together. After nearly 20 emails communication,they helped remove all my worries.I am so happy with the result that all bridsmaid dresses fit well. Girls are of different shapes and i really worry about fitting problems. But things turn out to be so good. All stress goes away and i'm ready to embrace my big wedding.Can't say more thank you to Queeniebridesmaid and i am sure to recommend it to all my friends and families.

I bought 4 bridesmaid dress and they are terrible and badly made! I emailed them for but they keep denying it!! I've emailed the loads if pictures of the faults with the dresses! Not helpful at all! They won't give me an address to send the dresses back!!

Don't not use this company, its not based in the UK and the customer service and dresses are very bad, I spent over £250 on three dresses that were messed up because they got confused with the measurements and they refused to give me the money back. I strongly adviseyou to look elsewhere. It's the last thing you need when you have so much stress arranging a wedding
