I ordered my bridesmaid dress through Queenie Bridesmaid and i really wish i hadn't! terrible quality, the size of the dress was not made to the measurements i provided. I took the dress to a local seamstress to have it altered but i was told the dress would have to be taken apart and start again as the size was completely wrong and the shape of the dress wouldn't of fit anybody! I would not recommend this company to anybody! please be aware as i don't want anyone to make the same mistake!

I haven't been able to get a refund, i was told they wouldn't pay for my mistake .... even though i provided them with the correct measurements and had this confirmed by a local seamstress.

Also my dress was delivered to a completely different address, luckily the lady who recieved it actually called me (as my number was inside on the parcel on the paperwork) to tell me she had recieved my parcel.

terrible service. do not use!

hey I see lots of good reviews on this website do you think it could have been a one off? did it look anything like the picture? my sister really wants a dress from this site but I am highly sceptical.

I also agree never use this company, they sent the wrong colour dress and the wrong size and refuse to take it back even though we can clearly show what we ordered. it is very annoying as I paid over $200 +++ and they refuse to fix there mistake. do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

My friend also received her dress and the waist was over 12cm too big and they refuse to give her details to exchange the dress the offered $30 to fix it and she was told it would cost more than the dress to fix it. her dress was over $300.00.

We also received a dress that is so badly made it cannot be worn. They refuse to admit it and won't even give an address to send it back to. My strong advice is do not deal with this company
