Questionable Retailer

Although this website is legit (I believe that it is based out of another country) they say that they make custom made dresses but in reality is this is a tailor shop. They take dresses from other companies and alter them to your size. In my case I ordered a dress in a size 2 not a custom size and was told after the fact that it was a custom order although I could order the exact same dress from another company in the exact same. How they get you is they don’t give you any information on the website except that it is processing. They also don’t offer anything but so called customized dresses. Although I chose the correct size a pop up came saying it was for a size 2 and then at the bottom says a custom made dress. Then this order processed for 7 days before I finally asked the question as to where my dress was since I paid for 4-5 day shipping at $25. I was then told that my dress was a custom order and would take 19-22 days plus shipping. Once I explained that was not feasible and tried to cancel my order it was said that they were sewing my dress and therefore could not cancel. I do not understand why you need to alter something that is already the correct size. I am not happy because now I have to go with another company and pay for the dress again so I can have it on time. So I will have wasted money and time waiting on dress that is NOT custom made. The website is very misleading and until you read all the fine print DON’T BUY FROM HERE.
