I needed a suit for my friend's wedding and was reccomended to visit the Profile webite. I had a couple of questions before hand as naturally it is quite difficult to purchase a suit online! The team were so helpful and went out of their way to support me in my decision. I ended up deciding on a Vivienne Westwood suit, and had it in my hands in less than 24 hours, which is the fastest service i have ever received from any online retailer. Not only was it a great option for the wedding but a great buy. Will definitely shop at Profile again.

I spoke to the lads in the shop about the loafers , I had a few questions I needed answering before I went ahead with my purchase they were courteos and helpful so I placed an order online Saturday evening and they were with me in Derby by Tuesday morning, very happy with the purchase , just what I was after and wouldn't hesitate to go to this shop and it's staff again, thanks.

I recently ordered a few products for my husbands birthday, and was very happy with the results of shopping online Profile. The products were packaged beautifully, and quick delivery too. I do a lot of shopping online, and would recommend this website to anyone who does a lot of shopping online fashion websites.

Ordered sunglasses, everything showed up fast, take it out of the shipping package there is no box just glasses in a case, the case is chipped and scratched (gouged). Glasses are clearly used, scratched on lenses plus scuffed on frame. What a joke. Do not buy from the bottom feeder dept store.

Profile Fashion online is not ready for primetime! They have only been in business for 4 years and they are very ‘amateurish’ on dealing with issues in customer service. Basing on my experience, they are bias and only into protecting themselves and NEVER their customers. More so, on ordering from the US as you will pay a lot of $$ for all sorts of FEES in addition to your already high priced tags which I’ve never minded so long as it is WORTH the experience - but it’s not. And I do mean you will get billed not a reasonable amount but a 26.9 % in Customs and Tax Fees on top of your original purchase amount ‘without your knowledge’ and they will tell you they have ‘no idea’. Not exactly your average Custom Fees charge neither the best deal nor service around. Furthermore, Profile Fashion overlooks the value of a great customer service and therefore, gaining a strong quality clientele for a long-term business relationship. The person in charge of online service will ARGUE with you first before admitting they are at fault while being ARROGANT about it. He is not necessarily helpful or the most professional I've ever dealt with. I really wish I had taken the time to read and listen to unsatisfied customers. It truly could have saved me the trouble. They are very helpful tips so please take notes. For those of you who want to experience a ‘real 5-star’ luxury shopping experience online particularly for the US shipping…shop straight at Net-a-Porter.com, Stylebop.com, Farfetch.com, MatchFashion.com, SSesense.com, Shopbop.com and TheCorner.com, etc…and you won’t be disappointed a bit!

Just received my gorgeous pair of charlotte olympia heels from Profile Fashion! I ordered them just a couple of days ago and they arrived to my door this morning. Lovely service, great packaging, overall a really pleasant experience.

I've always been a Profile customers at their stores in Brighton. Their website is cool though, there is a lot of variety, and apparently the service is very good. I haven't bought from the website yet but I will be this Christmas season as they always have the best selection of designer dresses.

I can literally spend hours on this site, drooling over the gorgeous products they stock. They stock high-end elite designers such as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana as well as upcoming brands like Issa and Carven. Definitely recommend for men, women & children
