“Arrogant customer service!”

Horrendous customer service from the person I dealt with on email. Sizing on the website for Blundstone boots is confusing and the incorrect EU conversion is listed to the size you receive. Complete refusal to refund the £7 postage it cost to return. Won’t be shopping here again!

“Appalling”

Ordered an item with estimated delivery of 5-10 working days. After 8 Days I phoned to check about Delivery. Was told it was not in stock but would be delivered to me two working days later. Phoned the next day to see if it had been dispatched, was asked for my mobile phone number and they would call me in 10 min, All I got was and Email saying Estimated delivery would be another week. When I phoned to complain I was told 'well its all in our Terms and Conditions' Take your custom elsewhere Very poor servis

“Super Customer Service!!”

Ordered some dishes online - delivery was very fast and delivery arrived within three days of order. The bottom plate was shattered during the delivery process. Called their customer service line and another plate was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day!! Fantastic customer service.

I ordered an Antler cabin case at 2.30pm yesterday,by 'phone. And all my questions were answered by customer services who were very helpful and polite.The case arrived at 9am today.Great value and a superb experience.I will certainly use this company again. Thank you everyone.

“Lafuma Futura recliners”

Excellent service...ordered 2 recliners late on a Monday but system did not complete order. Next morning had an email advising me of the system fault and reassurance no payment taken. By that morning price had increased from night before but, without hesitation, they offered to meet that price. Even better the recliners arrived the following day and was given a 1 hr time slot for the delivery.

“Ordered at midday & parcel arrived at 8am next day!”

I bought a Barbour jacket, Barbour scarf, Musto gloves, Arthur Price knife set and some Manor fireside accessories. Their website estimated each item for delivery as 2 working days. That was on Monday about midday when I placed the order and I had an email about 4.30pm the same day to say my parcel was on it's way. I was very impressed at this and happy that it would be with me in 2 days. At 7am on Tuesday morning I had a text letting me know that my parcel would arrive between 8.01am and 9.01am with Interlink Express couriers and although I chuckled about the time being very precise, I was even more impressed when a they knocked the door and my watch said 8.01am! Philip Morris had sent all the items to me in three parcels and they were all packed well and after unpacking everything I'm completely happy. In with my Barbour jacket and free scarf parcel was their country clothing catalogue and a free delivery voucher. So I rang and asked customer service about the boot sizes and with the confident advice off Kate I ordered some Le Chameau boots and WOW it's arrived today just over 18 hours later! Amazing customer service and great quality branded products so now I'm looking forward to seeing what they have in their January sales.
