Can't believe the negative reviews on here??? We ordered my wedding dress and brides mates dresses online, gave custom measurements and saved a boat load of money then trying to shop at the local wedding dress shop. Don't spend money on overpriced dresses, save the money for your reception and better yet HONEYMOON!! If I could upload a photo of all of us together you would surely agree that these dresses are stunning. To each there own, make sure you don't eat tooo much before getting your dresses or they may not fit, DUH!!

My bridesmaids ordered four dresses from Outerinner. They checked the website's size chart to ensure that they ordered the correct sizes. One of them even paid extra to submit custom measurements. When the dresses arrived they were all wrong. All of the dresses had identical inner shells, even though they were all differently styled dresses. Some of them were sewn with red thread on a mint green dress. None of the dresses fit. Two of the women could not even zip them up. Another was much too large, and the custom measured dress was also completely wrong, including a fabric bulge on one side. We thoroughly read the company's return and refund policy, and we were certain we had grounds for a full refund. When my friends contacted the customer service representative, she insisted that we could not be refunded. She said they needed to send photos of them in the dresses, as well as measurements of the dresses, and then after we paid to ship them back to Hong Kong, they would evaluate the dresses and then decide if we were deserving of a refund. After we told her that asking for partially nude photos of ill fitting dresses was inappropriate, we did provide them with photos of the dresses' measurements compared to the order form and size chart. She told us that we did not take the photos properly. Also every time my friends called (so far this has been ongoing for a week) the customer service rep refuses to let us speak to anyone else. She also told us that the company takes photos for their own records during the production process, but she refused to release those to us. My friends have done everything they asked of us (aside from sending the photos of women trying to put on dresses that will not even zip) and they are not willing to accommodate us. We don't want a replacement, or anything for free. We just want to return the unsatisfactory products and get a full refund and pretend like this never happened. Outerinner does not make good quality clothes, and they do not honor their return policy. They target young women looking for an affordable dress. Never shop from this company.

I was searching for the perfect spot to buy my dream dress for the night of my wedding. I searched lots of local shops and the hit on OuterInner as I as surfing the net. I can say that I was really fortunate to find them, as I found a beautiful dess, that impressed my husband and all the guests. The best thing is that it came in a really affordable price, cheaper than the ones I found in the local shops. I received the dress on time and I was really excited about it. Well done OuterInner, great shop.

THE DRESSES I BOUGHT FOR UPCOMING WEDDING WERE HORRIBLE, colour was off ,bad quality and did not look at all like the pictures. when I voiced my displeasure, with returns department, they offered me 50% refund on the dresses only, even though shipping charges was the bulk of the costs, which meant I was out of pocket by almost 75%. I also requested photos to be sent to me prior to shipping so that I could check the quality.. but they deliberately sent them after they had already shipped my order. then went on and on about their returns policy and me having to pay for return shipping costs! avoid.

I was searching high & low for the perfect dress for my wedding. I am a full figured second time bride so I wanted something not too formal. I also didn't have much money to spend & dresses like that in my size are not easy to find. I visited several bridal stores in my town & none of them compare to the excellent service I received from Outerinner.com. I found the site by accident and browsed just to see what they had to offer. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the selection & the prices. They had exactly what I wanted at a price that fit my budget perfectly. Since this was my wedding dress I was nervous about ordering online but I have to give them kudos because my experience with them was far better than the experiences I had at the bridal shops I visited. I had my dress custom made & was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 10 days sooner than I calculated. MY DRESS WAS GORGEOUS! Excellent craftsmanship & good quality material. I am very pleased and would definitely order from them again.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I'd never suggest them to anyone I know, and I'm warning other people to be cautious. I ordered what I thought would be a gorgeous wedding dress on February 2nd. I thought I was being cautious by ordering with paypal - I thought even if it took the 20 days that the website says to make the dress, surely it wouldn't take much longer than that to get here. After all, shipping was $51 - even from overseas, that's expensive. I assumed that part of the cost was to expidite the dresses. I was not pleased when I got the dresses. The fabric was cheap-feeling and the dresses were quite a bit longer than I was comfortable with. The sleeves were too tight at the top, and weirdly loose at the bottom. The neckline, which was gorgeous on the model in the picture, pinched my skin and made me look like I had weirdly overdeveloped neck muscles - sort of like a bridal She-Hulk. So, I thought that ordering with Paypal would give me a little security because I could always open a complaint with them. However. The dresses did not arrive until April 1st, well after the 45 day window to open said complaint. There's a certain kind of calculating, evil genius in that. I don't believe that the timing is a coincidence. My first thought was that Outerinner.com had complaints opened in the past and figured out a way to get around it. But then I thought maybe I was jumping to conclusions and I should give customer service the chance to fix their mistake. When I did, the customer service rep asked for really invasive things - first, to take pictures of myself in the dress, and then for my measurements. When I explained that how weird that request was and that one of the dresses was for someone else who wasn't super happy with the way her dress fit, they suggested the following things: - To alter the dress. (After having waited for two months for the dresses to arrive in the first place, I doubted that the alterations would be done in time for my wedding. Additionally, shipping the dresses back and forth again would cost over $100.) - To have the dress altered here. (Which would likely be more costly than the dress.) - To order a new (custom) dress from outerinner.com at 20%. (No thank you. I've had the WORST customer experience of my life so far.) - To sell the dress to a friend at cost. (What? Really? This assumes that I have a friend who is my size getting married soon. And that I am totally fine with selling my friend a dress that I found to be poorly made. Clearly, outerinner assumes that I don't want to build lasting friendships with other brides.) Please space yourself the horrible experience of ordering from this shady company. My partner and I are both students, so I thought I was going to save money by ordering a dress from Outerinner.com - but instead, I am out the cost of two dresses and shipping on top of the dress I will actually be walking down the aisle in. Don't order from this company.

I am really happy that ordered my dress on outterinner.com; I bought dresses online hundreds of time, but this is the first time when I am writing a review. When I ordered the dress I wasn’t expecting a dress of such great quality at such reasonable price. Actually it was their price which made me write this review. Unlike many other online vendors otterinner.com have a very fast delivery system, my dress was delivered in no time after placing order. Other thing that I would like to mention is their customer support, believe me they are just amazing, no matter how many queries you have they will treat them patiently. In short I am very much satisfied and will recommend everyone to buy their dress from outerinerr.com.

Hi Guys, The dress I ordered for the first date with a man was awesome... He admitted at once that I look very good. :) And who could think that one of cheap dresses here would make such an affect! What else I want to mention, is that support zone is always very helpful! This is not the first time I'm ordering through outerinner and I have never had problems with orders. Everything came in right time, in right sizes. I will never stop ordering dresses here.

After I placed my order they contacted me to find out the date of the party that I needed the dress for. They are now rushing the dress through so that I have it on time. I just love the fact that they called me to check out all the items I put in the box where you specify the details of the dress at the end of the purchase process. I have no doubt I'll go back to this site because their representatives and dresses were awesome! Now I'm just waiting for my dress very happy and pleased because it is the way I wanted.

I must admit I was a little scared about online shipping (I think I'm an old school woman) but losing my "virginity" with outerinner has been pleasant and wonderful. I will definitely do it again because I got exactly what I ordered, the dress fits perfect on me, the price is competitive and considering I don't have to leave home to visit a store, the shipping time is ok too. I recently bought a dress that I required for an evening party I was attending. I found a beautiful dress that was smart but glamorous at the same time and fit the occasion perfectly. After ordering I received the dress very promptly and it is fantastic. It looks just as good on as it does from the pictures and the fit and quality is perfect. At the price I paid I could not ask for much more and I am generally very happy with my purchase. I would certainly shop here again.

I totally loved my dresses from OuterInner. It wasn't the first time I used their services and they were really helpful to me. I found the wedding dress I always wanted quickly, easily and in an affordable price. What amazed me the most was the shipping time. I thought that beacuse of the size of the dress, it could have delayed. But in fact I got it within a few days and I the customer support was by me in the whole process. OuterInner is a highly recommended e-shop and for me it will be my only source for my future dress purchases.

This dress is much nicer than I anticipated it to be from Outerinner! I am having a wedding and I am so excited that the sizing is perfect! It is ABSOLUTELY Beautiful plus the quality is great, it feels so light and comfortable! The only problem I have is that the shipping was a bit slow. I bough a dress here last week for a ceremony I had and needed something that looked good on me, I checked out the store and seen so many things I liked I wanted to tale the whole store! But because I did not have much time I took this nice black dress and a blouse. I really like the layout of the website and had a simple question and they replied quick by email! The dress we ordered arrived this week and my daughter loved it!!! It came with enough time to make sure it would fit her perfectly for prom. We had a multitude of questions since this was our first time ordering a prom dress online and they were answered promptly. We are so happy and so are my pockets.

When I floated the idea of getting my wedding dress made for me abroad and ordering it on the web all of my friends said, "DON'T DO IT!!!" They told me that I was going to be ripped off, that the dress wouldn't fit, and showed me numerous horror stories about brides whose wedding had been ruined by shoddy workmanship, late delivery, or had simply lost the money. This was all very well, but negative stories are only part of it, because there are also lots of brides who order online and not only have a great dress, but save money too! I was doing a search for wedding dress makers, and came across ads for outerinner on google. I saw that they already had quite a number of good reviews, (some not so good too, but mainly good), which was comforting. Money was, and is, an issue for us, so I thought that if we were able to save money in different ways at the wedding we'd have more to put towards a deposit on our flat. First I contacted them by email, and even though they're in Hong Kong they replied in English and tried to help me. They even sent me pictures of the little fabric colour swatches to show me the difference between white and ivory chiffon (I went for the ivory). They even suggested ordering a dress based on my measurements, because it would be less likely to need any alterations. So far so good I thought. I went on to get pictures of the dress I wanted as they'd already made it before, so it was really good to see it for real and not just on a screen. Finally I paid by credit card, and I asked HSBC if my payment would be safe and what would happen if I lost the money, and they said paying by credit card was secure and that if it was a fraud my payment would be protected. That shut up my friends, even though they still maintained that the dress would be poor quality. They kept in touch with me and let me know when to expect the dress (I arranged so that it came about a month before my wedding in case alterations were needed), and when I finally tried it on...gosh, I couldn't stop welling up! It was just perfect, and all of the stress of waiting and worrying just kind of came out as it was so beautiful. Bear in mind that I'd seen similar dresses locally and they were at least £600 or more, so to pay around a third was just amazing! To all of the brides out there reading this, go for it! Outerinner didn't let me down, and I just couldn't have been happier with my perfect dress and its price :)

Thank you Outerinner! At the beginning of December I ordered a party dress from their quick delivery range. I was dubious if it would arrive in time for my works do, but true to their word it only took about 10 days to get to me in England! I think I must have saved a good 30 to 50 pounds on buying from local shops, so I was really happy and surprised! If I have any criticism it's that the dress was folded very tightly and wrapped in plastic and I had to iron it as best I could after it arrived, but the box they use is quite small, so otherwise it wouldn't fit I suppose!
