I found an item I really wanted, decided to call as this item meant a lot to me...I had the pleasure of being told I was the next in line for over 20 minuted which gave me enough time to read other reviews and decided I didn't want to give you OUTDOMANIA my time or money....seems your charging 2p a minute, hope keeping me on the line was enough for you financially....you now will not have my buisness and I will not be reccomnding you, keeping people on the line is cheap...got my item from QVC....
