They keep you waiting for hours to speak to them! I have called 3 times now asking for an update on my refund, they lie each time, saying it is being processed, watch it you maybe losing money with this company. Extremely poor company that I will never use again despite their so called cheaper prices. Not worth you wasting your time on this poor company

spent over 2 hours waiting for this company to answer on the phone and when getting to the next available operator they disconnected me...............

Delivery was with Yodel who left it with a neighbour and didn't even leave a calling card, in a way 2 very poor companies working together, wouldn't recommend using either not even if you are desperate!
