Bought two items, faux leggings, returned as to big, sent back on time, requested a refund which I never have received! There I emailed customer service who were unfriendly, very rude and not helpful at all, they confirmed my items had been returned to them, however I never received my refund, I chased and chased. Do not buy from this company as you won’t get a refund for returning items and you will not experience good customer service!! Awful to deal with. Quick to take money but still no refund months later!

Never received my order, they have threatened to take me to the police bad customer service they’re rude they will not give me a refund or a replacement. They threatened to take me to court as well. Customer service is awful. Also asked for a contact number to speak to the manager and refuse that as well so now going through my bank to see if I can get my money back that way! I’ve also written a review on TikTok and Facebook, but they blocked me from the Facebook account after I read the review!

No refund been 3 weeks now and have sent my proof of postage back and it’s been delivered. They are ignoring me and awaiting a refund. Will be reporting to my bank. Asked the lady on WhatsApp as I found the company number online and she was so rude. She stated I own the company, 14-21 days it takes, hundreds to check daily, quality check, check if worn, washed, damaged etc shame on you whoever owns this company.

Orderd back in June returned due to late arrival and poor quality still havent recievwd my refund no one answers emails 4 months I've been chasing my refund for and nothing absoultly furious paying for something I don't have and returned promptly sent all information of proof of returns and still nothing

I would never order from this company again. I received the items, which I must admit were not great quality. I returned 2 out of the 3 boxes hints that I ordered and sent a copy of the return receipt and I still have received no refund this was 6 weeks ago - I am having to pay for items that I have returned and have proof of but no refund !!!!!!! Absolutely hideous company - would never use again

I returned all the items I purchased unworn with tags still attached as the quality was very poor and items did not suit. As I did not pay for a tracked return through Royal Mail. Omg fashion have denied receiving my return and are not refunding me for my purchase. I would not recommend ever ordering from their site as they are dishonest and can not be trusted to refund you should you return items to them. £80 out of pocket and by reading other reviews they are doing this to everybody!!!!

This company is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Do not order from them. The male who I spoke to regarding my missing parcel was extremely rude and a horrible person!! Shouldn’t run a business if you have 0 customer skills!

Disgusting company. Items returned 14/06/22 NO REFUND. ignoring emails!! I’m £100 down plus the £5 I payed to return items. Clothes are cheep awful material. Please honestly do not order from these. I wish I had review before ordering!! Disgrace of a company! I’m still battling for my refund and I will make sure I get it back!

Ordered a parcel last month. Entered the wrong delivery address so I quickly emailed the company the correct address which they said they would. Inky good thing I can day about them. I still have no parcel and when I asked where it had got to first few emails they didn't reply. Then I messaged them on fb app and I completely STUNNED at the absolute rudeness of whoever I was talking to. All I wanted to know is if I was getting a refund or where my parcel was. Avoid avoid avoid. Awful

Absolutely disgusting company …. Ordered my jacket 14 days ago, was dispatched 13 days ago (apparently ) !! No jacket still. I have emailed twice , text them and sent on messenger and still no answer as to where my order that I paid for has gone or any idea when it will arrive. I will be escalating this and looking for a prompt refund .

Took the out of the packaging and instantly hit with the smell of fish. Gave them the benefit of doubt and washed them before wearing them and it only made the smell worse! Must be a reaction between the fabrics or poor quality fabric one of the two. Asked for a refund or for them to send me a new pair and they have ignored me for almost two weeks.

I bought a pair of faux leather leggings that were advertised as high rise. I ordered a size larger than I am as I didn't want them to be too skin tight, but they are very very small and certainly not high rise by any stretch of the imagination, they don't even cover my hips. They don't issue a refund, only an exchange note, which is no good to me as I don't want anything else from the site and would rather have a refund so I can put the money towards buying another pair elsewhere. Be aware of this before buying anything, if I had known this I wouldn't have placed an order. NOT RECOMMENDED, AVOID!

Poor quality clothing and appalling customer services. Clothing came apart within minutes of wearing them and contine to unravel as the day goes on. No compassion when raised this with customer services and left gobsmacked for the blame to be passed onto me for damaging them. Although a number of reviews have stated a simular thing. Big lesson learnt to not buy from small unheard of companies as this one and to check reviews before hand.

Ordered my parcel over 2 weeks ago in which I payed £3.99 for delivery for 2-4 days I contacted them via email for them to tell me to wait another week ! I then have sent numerous emails asking them questions for them to ignore me and not even reply so unprofessional and I doubt I’ll even get my parcel!

Shocking customer service They sent the wrong size Item ordered was a 14 And was a 10 at best maybe even a 8 I had to pay to return the item which is fine as they said they will repay once they assess the item. Then after chasing for days on end I finally got a reply stating there was nothing wrong with the item There was NO LABELS on the skirt what so ever , no sizing labels not even a lake stating what the material was “ which is a breach in trading standards” So I’m guessing for their sizing they just close their eyes and pick an item at random.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY..

Absolutely shocking service! Placed an order on 22nd December and didn't receive until 4th Jan. When I received it 2 items were missing, no prior warning, no heads up about being out of stock, just simply got an email when I queried asking me to choose something else. I chose replacement items (x4 items in total), only received two of them. No invoice, no apology, nothing. Absolute shambles. The only reason I'm giving one star and not zero is a) because that's the minimum I can give and b) I like the items I've received!
