I received the new Spring directory & within a couple of weeks had placed an order for childrens clothing - that was 6th Jan, it's now 28th March & I'm still waiting to receive 2 of the items. I keep getting e-mails telling me the items are delayed further & further. I also placed an order from the new Summer directory within 1 week of receiving it & again 2 items are delayed until mid April. Getting pretty fed up of it especially as they charge you for the directory! I'm not sure that this problem is isolated to the directory though as I also tried to order a top in my local Next store which was part of their new stock, it was never available & it is now no longer part of their stock at all.
