“Problem after problem”

Got a very stressing experience ordering on line with Next. First experience was ok , and got my items delivered to the shop in England.
2nd time I tried to use them was to order a Super King size bed set as well as some baby clothes, asked for things to be delivered to St James store in Edinburgh, got confirmation of payment and that my order will be ready for collection on the 12th, on that day, I was about to live my house to go to the city centre and collect my items, but got a text saying my items were delayed and will be ready on the 13th. On the 13th , I got an email saying my orders were ready for collection in Plymouth store, which is in Devon!! I had to call customer service (let's not even mention that you , as client have to pay for the call to "customer service"), then after the endless questions, they said the items were now sold out and they could not re-direct the order to my closest shop, I told customer service that was not my problem and that they needed to deliver the things to me, so they called me back saying the shop in Plymouth will post the items over to my house.
Couple of days after, I ordered 2 pairs of charcoal curtains , this time to avoid problems I decided to pay for delivery to my house, instead of the collect in the shop option, got next day delivery on time, I opened the parcel got one pair of curtains out so I could iron them before putting them up, luckily I spotted the other pair of curtains were different!!! even though they were packed and labeled as charcoal curtains they were white and blue stripy curtains, I was shocked so I call the customer service again, just to find out I had to wait until next day for them to pick them up, and now I have to wait for them to get the bloody items back in their warehouse so I can see my money back in my account! they are totally rubbish and the customer service staff are so rude, the guy kept interrupting me in the middle of a sentence and pretty much told me that's the way it is, instead of trying to set things right with me, even after I told him this was the second time in less than a week I had problems with them! I myself work in sales, and I know if my company has caused so many problems to a customer I will try harder to make them happy, but nothing here, the staff seems to be unaware of how bad reputation an angry customer can give to a company , also its hard to believe someone in the warehouse will pack stripes curtains when the pic of the charcoal curtains is right on front of the pack! you don't even need to know how to read! Gadz! totally disappointed, will be taking my name and email off their system and closing my account as soon as that money hits my account....
