My wife (and me on her behalf) has spent a small fortune on purchases from this company, as, if you live outside of London like us, this is pretty much the only place you can get designer products from.
To be honest, if nothing goes wrong, you can’t fault them (but to be fair all they have to do it box it up and wait for DHL to pick it up!)

BUT, when something goes wrong, the customer service is terrible. You have to chase chase and chase. They are defensive, and pretty much make out you they are doing you a favour to fix/look at anything faulty...and I say fix, as, they dont replace so it seems. Anyway, 3 weeks later, we are still waiting for them to inspect my wife’s CL shoes what have a bent heal (they get worn rarely). These shoes have already been sent back for a heel tip that twisted and imbedded itself in the stiletto (and no, she isn’t a big lassy!); and that took a month and a half of fighting to get that mended.. even though it was after the 1st wear!!

All I would say, is just be careful, if nothing goes wrong they are fine, if it does, good luck!!
