“DO NOT ORDER FROM NELLY!”

I ordered some evening clothes from nelly. The quality was bad and the dresses were from India/China. But that's not even the matter. Nelly.com forgot to declare the shipping costs and that's why I had to pay customs duties and additional fees for UPS. The cost of the cloths were 120 USD and I had to pay 80 USD extra charges because of their fault. So if you live in Switzerland, do not buy there!

“Disappointing ”

I do not usually write negative reviews because I find them unnecessary. However, the customer service that I received from this company was not acceptable. I ordered two gym clothing items from nelly which never arrived, I waited two weeks and contacted UPS (the delivery company) I was informed that I needed to contact nelly so that they could investigate my "missing" delivery... Firstly it took nelly nearly two weeks to reply to my email regarding my missing parcel and secondly it took them over a month to confirm that they could not locate my parcel. I immediately contacted nelly to explain my disappointment and asked for a refund, only to be told that I should have been more cooperative with UPS, who had made several phone calls to me, which I can confirm were not receive. I even gave nelly an additional contact number which I did not receive a phone call from. Although I did get several phone calls from UPS after the investigation had been closed, wanting to know whether I had received my delivery. I was so infuriated at the lack of communication between nelly and UPS that I did not return these phone calls and it made it even worse that nelly had blamed me for my lack of communication with UPS! Unfortunately I would not recommend this website and will not be using this company again. In addition to this I will not be ordering from a company using UPS. Hopefully nelly can use this review to make some positive changes and put procedures in place to stop sarcastic emails being sent to customers who are already disappointed after not reciveing their delivery.

Amazing website:) I have ordered from this website 3 times. The maxi dresses are beautiful and you can get them at at very good price :) never been disappointed with the quality of the clothing. The only bad side will be delivery company used by nelly.com UPS completely useless.

“Absolutely Incredible Service”

I have read a few reviews on here that really surprise me - I ordered over £500 worth of clothes from here for my 21st birthday, unfortunately I got to check out and realised there was no option for next day delivery - I was gutted to have wasted my time so emailed their customer service team who kindly offered to air-mail it free of charge so it would arrive in time for my birthday. Following this I was then surprised with a holiday and didn't return the clothes within the 14 days - I emailed again to let them know and they were so understanding that it was honestly amazing. I have never received such amazing customer service. PS - I kept the majority of my clothes (which all came on time, right size and in great condition) This is my new go-to shop, honestly I swear by them.

“Wrong dress size sent: patronising response customer...”

I ordered a dress US size 8 sent size 4. Huge issue when you need to send back abroad ( live in UK). I ordered this dress specifically from Nelly despite it being less than half the price in the UK in the sales - only had US size 6 I explained that due to my working hours I need to take days off to send this back and got a very sarcastic response about it being delivered by UPS so what was my problem? In that tone. I have never experienced a sarcastic and patronising service I've lost my money as it is very difficult for me to return goods- hence I only buy what I know fits.. I'm astounded that this was sent to me in the wrong size. They have sold out of the U.S. Size 8 I wanted I will never buy from Nelly again and should have read these reviews before purchase.

“Terrible”

I tried to order so many times it wouldn't work everytime, the website glitches it's terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. Thought the dresses were nice but the website gave me so much trouble.

This company has taken 200 euros!!!!!!!!   I ordered from this company sunnies, brow gel and underpanties ..I received ONLY BROW GEL and panties...my sunglasses wasnt in the package...so I was immediately contacted customer service of NElly.com NElly com said that they will be look into this.. I was contacted by UPS company, send them pictures of the damaged package..and they said that I must contact nelly.com again,cause they cant help me in this case cause wrapped package was poorly packaged by company Nelly.com Then Nelly wrote to me that they will be not replacement this order..and they will be not refund me my money!!!!!!!!!! Sunnies cost about 200euros!!!!!!!!so its not small amout of the money! This was my 4th order from this company..and there were never any problems with this company..but now I feel robbed and I will be contact my bank institute via I made this transaction and European institute of consumer protection too. I will be never shop with nelly.com again..NEVER! This company has taken 200 euros.

“Refuse To Restock!”

I really liked this dress, but it was out of stock so fast! It was clearly a very popular dress, so I was willing to wait for it to be restocked. After 2 weeks, with the size monitor on, I emailed them. They said that they might have a few left to sell. I waited again for 2 weeks, emailed again, then they said that it was completely out of stock and that they weren't sure if it would ever be in stock again. How stupid of them! How could they not bother to restock one of their most popular items? I emailed again, they didn't reply. I emailed again, asking the same thing, they didn't reply. What a stupid site.

“complete and utter joke of a company”

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, They have no customer service, they are cowards that hide behind emails and refuse to respond to you. There is no place in the modern market for such a complete and utter shambles as these people. Their delivery is a complete joke, if these weren't so awful they'd be laughable. “Joke, not shop...”

I really don't recommend this shop. We bought one item which had to be sent in 3-5 days. Now it's 8 days later and it's still not sent. Store didn't respond to e-mails. It's a big joke with lack of professionalism, not serious shop. I'm going to do chargeback.

“Service issue”

Clothes are nice but The worst service ever. Have spent so much time e-mailing with them and I perceive themas slow, rude and not trying to somve issues - just mane exuses. I have been charged for things I didnt buy, and they also delivered the wrong items and sizes. Still no refund. Be warned!

I had already purchased my item before reading the reviews and was getting worried after reading some of the comments, but I had nothing to worry about! They were excellent it came within the timeframe they said it would, the item was cheaper on this site than it was from the actual store (riverisland) and I was surprised how quick they delivered from Sweden to England I don't see where the bad reviews are coming from!

I am impressed to see all those negative feedback to Nelly. I knew it since last year. I always received my order quickly and I have never been disappointed by their service. They make sure to answer as much as they can to all your question (with your mother tongue) ! You can let reviews on the item that you bought and if you are a fashion blogger, they allow you to post your blog on the announcement of an item (that you talk in your blog). The shipping isn't expensive (even if I think it could be "free" in a certain amount). Seriously, I love Nelly. I made 7 order in 1 week because their sales are amazing and price are very attractive ! Good quality, size fits perfectly. I always receive my orders quickly (I live in Belgium).

Hey Everyone, I decided to buy off nelly.com because i follow blogger Victoria Tornegren and she would always suggest buying product from there website. I live in australia and thought the site looked super legit like misguided.com as an example. I ordered a chain bag which i was super excited about getting! i was waiting for an email to give me a tracking number. A week and a half later i decided to email them and see if they had a tracking number as the package couldn't be far away now... right? they sent me a friendly email with the tracking number, I went to have a look at where my package was and it still hadn't left there warehouse. a few days later it said it had been delivered and signed for in sweden at some warehouse. I was like, this can't be right, why would they send my package to sweden when it was meant to come to australia! now writing down the name of the country on a package is not hard to forget. I contacted them and they sent me back a generic email (copy and paste) saying that they are really sorry and its there bad that the package has been sent back to there office. They also said i would have to re order the bag and they also sent me a discount code. They forgot to mention my REFUND! i emailed them back quickly to find out where my refund was going to be processed so i could order again (I still found it weird hour they wanted me to re order when they could just re send the bag to me). i got back the same email (cop and paste) with no reply to my refund question. I replied with a more direct email asking where my refund was. In the mean time i started to read reviews about the company online and noticed a lot of other people had this same issue! They finally replied that i would get my money back within 5 days. On the 5th day i received my refund. Im glad i was one of the lucky ones to actually get my money back. If I was you and was looking to buy of this site and did not live in sweden, Then DONT! I never usually write reviews of online stores, but in this case i was very disappointed and trusted the blogger for recommending and promoting the website.

“blatant disregard of customer rights!”

I returned an item as it was wrong size using recorded delivery as they suggested - it was in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging. I wanted to get another size but they said they would have to refund the original price and I would have to re-order a new dress. The package arrived in their warehouse on 22nd February 2014 and today - 6th April they still have not refunded my money despite several requests and just say they understand my frustration! WARNING - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY DISREGARD CONSUMER RIGHTS AND JUST BRUSH YOU OFF WITH PLATITUDES - YOU CAN GET PRODUCTS FROM THE UK MUCH BETTER AND SAFER!

Similar experience. I am still waiting for my refund. They have used delaying tactics firstly telling me that UPS (trackable) could take up to 2 weeks to return the item to their warehouse and then telling me that they had to wait for the warehouse to 'process' the return even though they had already confirmed that the item was received. It is now 6 weeks since I paid for the item. I have requested that a manager gets in contact with me but I am still waiting. I will have to now pursue this with my credit card company.
