After paying nearly £100 on an order 2 out of 7 items were faulty a pair of leggings had no labels and had holes in them then a dress had tags hanging off. Such poor service from a well known company would never use them again as to return faulty items you have to pay postage and packaging!!

Paid £5 delivery for it to get to me and £5 to return it (proof of postage). Returned it Over a month ago and have even got proof of it being delivered. Still no refund, disgusting company that steals your money.

When i ordered my item was a day late at arriving i decided not to claim for my postage even though they had breached their T&C of shipping. However, i got the items and decided to send 2 back as they weren't nice. I sent those back via interlink over a month ago now and still not had a refund. The refund process for this company isn't easy, 1. you have to pay for your own shipping to return something - this is against the online shopping law ! 2. trying to find contact details on their website is next to near impossible. i can't find a telephone number or address (which again isn't allowed on a website)

I have to admit I felt really nervous after I'd placed my order when i read some of the reviews on here, but I couldn't have been more suprised. I ordered 6 skater dresses (may have splurged slightly) that arrived in two days and boy are they beautiful. I had 5 dresses in the parcel with a hand written note advising one was completely out of stock and my money already refunded. The fabric is thick quality and the length sits perfectly on the knee (I'm 5ft 2in). What an amazing service, they have truly gained a customer for life.

Absolutely appalling customer service. It's taken 4 weeks to refund me and today I've been refunded £21.21 after returning my full order which cost £45.41! Work that one out. In addition I had to pay for returns £5 signed for delivery! Ridiculous!!! The quality was beyond disgusting!

Ordered my dress over a couple of months ago and sent it back 1 day after receiving it 2nd class delivery.. I am yet to receive my money back after emailing and enquiring.. They are theives and the dress I ordered was disgusting, hence sending it back.

I ordered dresses from these. They arrived poor quality so I returned them recorded delivery within d returns policy. Emailed them 3 times and commenTed on their fb page they deleted d comments & blocked me. I have had no response they robbed me of my money! Thru ignored my emails etc. I hope others read this & don't fall for it. How can u take money off women post cheap garments & if they not happy ignore them. No wonder it's online only!!! Disgusting!!!

Sent some items back within 7 days of receiving them. I had to print out my own returns form as they do not supply one, and pay to return the items recorded delivery which is expensive. I had not received a refund or heard anything almost 4 weeks later so enquired politely via Twitter. Only to then find I had been blocked!! After emailing I eventually got my refund back after 4 weeks! I should not have to contact you regarding my refund especially after printing out my own returns form and paying to send them back to you. And blocking a loyal customer who was simply enquiring about where MY money was is totally disgusting. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Well after coming across the website on a Facebook page and having a look I thought I was in for a treat getting a bargain and such lovely clothes.. WAS I HELL! it started off with ordering a jump suit a pair of shorts a vest top and a swing dress totalling at £50 something so placed the order 2 confirmation emails Confirming what I have ordered etc.. Few days later 3 parcels arrive which seemed odd, opened them to find 2 jumpsuits, 2 swing dresses and 2 pairs of shorts! Checked my emails not what I ordered!! Checked the invoice attached and realised I had been charged double for everything! Checked my bank statement and seen that they took 4 PAYMENTS YES 4 PAYMENTS TOTALLING AT £145!! After emailing them at least 5 times I finally Got a reply which stated no duplicate payment had been taken! So I've had to go through the bank ring them and confirm this to then receive a email from customer care team ( that's a joke considering they don't care the slightest ) to say they have found the duplicate payment and refunded it.. Not even a appology or a sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you nope nothing!! I've had to return the items and pay for the PP costs myself and am still awaiting a further refund! Am disgusted at the service and how long this took to sort it, I never ever leave bad reviews but this really has been a terrible experience and has put me of from ever using the website again! Be aware ladies!!

Good delivery service, just a shame the size is incorrect. I ordered 12/14 expecting it to be a little bit big re I'm only a 12. I couldn't get it over my shoulders so its either a size 10 or a really skinny 12. Love these dresses and I was very disappointed. Sent back for a full refund.

Ordered a dress from you in March still not received it, tried contacting them but no joy.

I ordered this dress on Sunday night and received it this morning (Tuesday) it is made of nice quality material and fits lovely. I will definitely be buying more from here.
