I received an email saying I had placed an order for 52 pounds, addressed to my name. I called them straight away to see if someone had been using my account and credit card.

The girl dealing with me was back and forth from the phone not saying much for a whole 20 minutes and I was calling internationally. What a waste of time and money. However the most annoying thing is that when she couldn't solve my query at the end she hung up!! There was no call back.

I have also sent them two emails and not heard back yet. Although I expected a delay with the email not the call.

I still worry they have processed the order my credit card balance has not been updated yet.
