Unreliable shameful company with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You order something, they dont deliver it, you forgot you oordered something but they still charge you for it. How sickening and corrupt is that?

“Avoid avoid avoid”

5 times I have been sent discount codes by post. Every time I've tried to use them - even on the same day they say not valid. Each time I call to get it sorted they say order now at full price and we will apply code later! Does not happen. Phone number premium rate there are no free phone numbers to use. Website orders do not go through so you have to end up calling them which costs you money!!! I will not be ordering any further goods from this company.

“Unreliable company!”

I ordered a beautiful top at Marisota for coming Christmas party but they sent me an electronic game instead. I contacted a customer service and let them a chance to correct their mistake but was told that the item I wanted was out of store. They let me down so much!

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS!! ”

i ordered an item on Monday from these fools for next day delivery, it is now Saturday (5 days later) and still no delivery?? where is my stuff?? I've phoned up every single day, more than once chasing it up and all they keep saying is 'it's due to be delivered today' ummmm i did next day delivery and its now 5 days later and my item still hasn't arrived. So i ordered the item again yesterday (Friday) and done next day delivery so i could get it today, i checked the tracking and the item hasn't even been dispatched and they're now telling me it will be dispatched later and delivered tomorrow (Sunday). So again, this is not next day delivery and i need the stuff now! They're the most useless retailer I've ever had to deal with and i wouldn't recommend buying anything from them because their customer service is poor and their services are even worse and you probably wont even get what you ordered

“Should have known”

Stopped buying from Marisota a few years ago because of poor customer service, but saw some really nice clothes and decided to rejoin. Was delighted to see they do next day delivery. Well, that's what they advertise. I don't know where you have to live or what you need to do to qualify for that.Apparently somewhere there is a button you need to click to indicate that you would like the fast delivery... While many companies manage to deliver next day, even to far far away places like Scotland!, Marisota cannot do that. Perhaps because it is so very very very far away they also cannot pick the order on the day of purchase, not even if you order early in the day. So now I know that it could take a maximum of SEVEN days, no minimum mentioned. Should have known better - no interest in customer, no service, all I can hope is that if/when the items finally arrive they will be as nice as they looked

Don't make deliveries as promised , don't refund your money. Customer service beyond shocking. When I called to complain the agent LAUGHED at me ! Shocking. Can't believe this company still trade with disgusting ethics

“No customer service”

A week ago I spoke online with an advisor who was going to verify some information & get back to me. Guess what? no reply I decided to give them a second chance & contacted the store via email but they are more interested in if you have a customer account number, as a new shopper, I don't have an account number & I am getting no answers. Needless to say I won't ever be spending my hard-earned cash with Marisota because this is the service you get.

“Service poor when things go wrong”

I had great difficulty returning my parcels and telephoned to explain and ask for the post office labels that they say they include. I explained that I would possibly be late in sending items back but they agreed not to charge the late return fee. However, on my bill are 3 late return charges and one postage charge meaning I have to pay £16 for nothing! I e-mailed them but again no actual response other than an automated one. Be careful if using this firm. I will not again.

“Undelivered order”

I ordered clothes in January 2014 and they arrived the next day. My second order hasn't arrived apparently because Hermes can't find our flat now. Feel very let down and will not order from them again.

In Oct I ordered 2 articles online and accidentally only one payment went through. As they do not send an email confirming payments - only the order placed - I did not realise that one thing was not paid for. They send me marketing letters nearly every day and well as emails so I tend to just bin them. However one I did open - I have now had to pay £60 for a £30 dress! Their customer service have no powers to help. I would never buy anything from them again!

“Broke delivery promise”

To day 2/09/2013 my son took a day off work ( holiday) to await the delivery of my gran child's new bed from marisota,,no delivery ever came,and NO notification from Marisota was sent to me, my email,or phone call. ---- ORDER NOW CANCLLED. Very let down no one could have informed me. I do note,""" lots of other customers has this complaint,as well,, Be aware .

“Marisota doesn't deserve a single star”

I ordered two bras from Marisota online. The transaction went smoothly and I couldn't wait to get them in the mail. About three weeks later I get them in the mail, both of which were a) the wrong sizes and b) not even close to the size I had asked for. I immediately called them and they said that they no longer had the size I had ordered for each bra in stock. WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST CANCEL THE ORDER, NOTIFY ME, AND REFUND ME IN THE FIRST PLACE? Marisota claimed that they could send me a complimentary shipping label over two weeks ago. I called them and told them it didn't arrive, emphasizing that I wanted it through the mail. I recently checked my email to find that they had sent it through EMAIL. Are you serious?! Again I called them immediately and told them that I wanted it through MAIL, not EMAIL. I bet they're just giving me the runaround so that I can't get my money back. Based on all of the terrible reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Advice to people who are thinking about shopping here: AVOID MARISOTA LIKE THE PLAGUE!

“Disappointing underwear but still best option I've found”

I've always had issues finding bras and knickers that fit me - I'm a size 16-18 with 36DD breasts. And I guess I must not fit the mold or something, because I often find that clothes of these sizes pinch, rub or ride up in cruel and unusual ways. I went to Marisota to find a breast minimiser bra and some pretty knickers, figuring I should shell out and get something designed with curvy women in mind, so it would hopefully fit better! I had no problem with my order - I used the store credit option because I wasn't sure if I'd be returning any items and didn't want to use my own money until I was satisfied with what I was keeping. I still haven't paid it off yet as I'm waiting for them to receive some returns I've made. Time will tell if there are issues on that side of things! Leaving feedback on the site is a joke though. I tried to use the online chat function - no customer service person ever came online. I ended up emailing them, only to be told that feedback of items has to be 'requested' by Marisota themselves, and unless I received an email asking for my feedback I would be unable to leave any. Despite asking about feedback I have not subsequently been sent an 'invite' to leave any. I bought Gok Wan "High waisted control briefs" in ivory spot, and "Strapless multiway bodyshaper" in ivory spot. Both of which I have returned and am now awaiting refund of my 'store credit' for. They were made from a swimming-costume-esque fabric which felt horrible, and didn't have the give of a swimming costume which made it difficult to put the items on. In particular the multiway bodyshaper was hideous! It looked okay on, but I felt like a squeezed sausage, and the process of wriggling and tugging to get it on made me feel horrible. It definitely was not a celebration of my curves, but rather a torture device with a pretty pattern. I also bought a NaturallyClose "neutral minimiser ruby bra", which I was initially delighted with! It's the first bra where it's actually comfortably fit my breasts without contorting them or having overflow issues. Unfortunately it has gel-like anti-slip strips along the straps - which work to hold the bra in place (successfully!) - and I've just discovered have left me with raised red welts after a day of wear at work. :( The sad thing is, even having injured me in this way it's still the most comfortable bra I own, so I will likely keep wearing it. Just maybe not for whole days/at work. I also bought a Simplyyours "Stretch lace full cup bra" in coral, which again, fits really well! I haven't yet worn it for a full day so I can't comment on how the straps will fare, but even so I'm happy with the cup coverage and will likely keep wearing it even if there are problems. The main issue to take from this really is Marisota's use of reviews. There aren't any reviews for the Naturallyclose bra I bought, and given how scatty the reviews are it's hard to tell if the issue with this bra is common, or if they have better ones I should have bought instead. I also find it suspect that they're picky about which customers can leave reviews. And I'm a bit miffed that even asking how to review hasn't allowed me to do so.

“poor website/service, no guarantee of delivery”

I needed some gold heels for a wedding on the weekend so ordered some shoes off Marisota online on the wednesday night before 6pm. Online they state that orders before 6pm will be delivered next day. So, next day I decide to track the order. It says 'in warehouse awaiting dispatch'. I email customer team online with no response. I try and find a contact number on their website but its squished in between a paragragh on the contact us page which should actually be in bigger font and size. So I get through to someone and explain it stated online that I would get next day delivery. and what does she tell me? As I am a first time customer, delivery is standard 3-5 working days. Nowhere does it say that online or was any indication given. I have never heard this 'rule' before. She then tells me i would probably get the shoes next week on wednesday or later. I tell her to just cancel the order and my account. (payment shouldnt have gone through until it is despatched - but i will keep checking my bank account to make sure) NEVER WILL BUY FROM MARISOTA AGAIN! VERY poor service!
