Bought three jackets and some good on beginning of December '12, package was packed only in plastic bag, one item was missing.

They refunded one item correctly, after we see that the jackets are not big enough we call them for a return. They assigned Hermes to take the package back to M&M. Hermes took the goods on 22/12 and until today and some more mails they dont credited the items (after 20 days!).

Now i'm waiting for my credit note and will open an issue at Paypal when not given until the 16 January.

Never i will order there again.
