waited nearly 4 months for delivery. when it arrived the only item was a free "gift", which i returned. my item was apparently no longer avaialable, although still advertised on the website. then i was charged £3.99 for delivery of the free "gift" i never ordered. rang 3 times, put on hold for over 10 minutes on one occasion. emailed 3 times, no reply, matter still not resolved

I cant believe I am living same problem now, they are going on doing same things to other customers..
