“NO CUSTOMER CARE ”

I ordered two T-Shirts and a coat from La Redoute and the website would not work and so I used the customer services....I had a French lady who was very nice. After seven days my order still hadn't arrived I phoned them and they said my payment didn't go through. I asked why they couldn't have emailed and told me this as opposed to keeping me waiting but the English agent was very rude and offered no explanation... I asked to speak to a manager who was just as bad.
I would recommend you AVOID this company they haven't even responded to my emails about my displeasure just SHRUGGED their shoulders. I used ASOS and had my delivery withing three days although they said five and it was perfect use ASOS.
