for something you never received in the firsst place.
Magnificient.

Really a shambles.
Customer services a joke. Called and wrote, they were absolutely useless.
You sometimes wait up to 14 minutes to talk to someone.

They didn't know what to do or to say.

The last straw is they didn't refund transport for the order I never received.
Shame on you LA REDOUTE !
