Ordered cotton/polyester mix dress arrived looking nothing like photo, also no cotton in dress just 100% polyester refusing to refund. Avoid if you do not want to be disappointed

All the dresses I ordered are completely different from what pictures showed, colours, tissues and brodery.. the quality is very bad, brodery is extremely low quality and they are not available to refund or remake the dresses. They look like carneval dress. Better to buy original dresses during soldes than taking the risk of buying in these kind of sites.. very disappointing!

I brought my daughter a prom dress from kissy dress it was the best purchase I've ever made it fitted prefect it was so pretty and very very well made I wouldn't think twice about ordering from this brilliant company again and the best value for money it came a few days early colour was just right I'm so pleased

The dress did not fit, so I told them I was returning the dress. They requested photos to confirm, which I sent and they still refused my return.

I brought a dress from them and when it came and I put it on the brest part didn't cover my boobs nobodies are that close to there chin! It was way to high and the straps were to baggy! When I emailed to say I would like to return it and have a full refund they refused and make up Rubbish excuses as to why! The way they have treated me is truely shocking and they should be shut down for ripping people off!! I would warn people to stay away !!! And yes I do still want my money back and you can have your dress back!!!!!

Ordered a dress from UK arrived from China The sizing is off wont exchange giving me the run around Cant zip up ! International sizes are different too Small Color is great that's about it did not know there was a zipper along side of dress that is not shown or advertised either.

Please do not waste your money here they don't send what you ask for and you have to pay for shipping to return items even if it's their fault, I asked for a white dress they sent a black dress never responded to my email about my order being wrong, please do not waste your money here it's not worth the chance especially if your over seas like I am the currency is way higher than what you think your paying and they don't warn you up front , customer service has slow to no response time I'm looking into an attorney

I tried to pay with my credit card, this was declined and then I tried with my debit card. Again declined. Within 3 hours of these transactions, my credit card had tried to be accessed numerous times, and now I find out that the debit card transaction has been attempted numerous times, over 9500 pounds for an 89 pound dress! Obviously a bad site, please avoid like the plague....

I orginal ordered a long prom dress to see what it looked like and also what the quality was like as I wanted 5 as bridesmaid dresses . The dress came yesterday and it's of excellent quality and made to a high standerd and true to size its stunning , so today I have now ordered the other 4 . Worth every penny and came well before the due date by 8 days and was able to track it very easily from the details given .

I've just received my prom dress and surprisingly 11 days early. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the dress and it fits perfectly. I would highly recommend getting a custom size dress as it doesn't cost extra and ensures a perfect fit. I paid £100 for my dress including shipping and it was worth every penny. I was skeptical about not wearing a bra with it but when I tried it on I realized there's no need. It has plenty of shaped, padded cupping and supportive but comfortable wiring. Many of my friends who have ordered from other websites have had problems with the quality of seeming and material but Kissy Dress is extremely well made and feels like it is worth more than it is. Overall great value for money and very pleased.

My daughter's prom is in June, so we decided to order in April allowing plenty of time for the dress to be made and shipped. When we ordered the dress I had to take my daughter's measurements, not the easiest task (there were plenty of giggles), however, there were easy to follow instructions on the website. Once we had taken all the measurements, added extra length for her shoes and finally decided on the colour, we ordered her dress and shawl. I paid £108 and the deal was done! After ordering, I didn't expect to receive anything until 10 May. I received an email 21 April saying the dress had been dispatched, followed by a text message 23 April stating the delivery would be that day, specifying a one hour delivery slot and providing the name of the driver. The package arrived, perfectly intact, on time, with no import taxes or hidden additional charges! The dress is beautiful. Perfectly made as ordered and fits our daughter like a glove. The only problem... She looks so grown up! I would definitely order from Kissydress again, the dress arrived 17 days early and is made with the finest quality fabric, beautiful stitching and embroidery. I wrote an email to customer services, telling them the dress had arrived and they replied 2 days later. Excellent service! I can honestly say, we do not have a single negative comment to make!

I purchased a dress for my daughter's prom at a cost of £80 + £20 P&P. I measured it carefully, following the exact instructions shown on the website. The dress looked beautiful on the website and was full length at the back but short and sexy at the front. It was strapless with ornate detailing at the waist. When the dress arrived, it was too large on the bust and gaped badly. The zip was extremely difficult to use (because of the detailing at the waist) but the worst problem was that instead of it being short at the front and graduating down to the floor, it was below the knee. I contacted customer services only to be told that I must have measured incorrectly and must have given them the wrong height for my daughter. The height and bust size given was exact and the fact that the dress was the correct length at the back (ie touching the ground), proves this. I sent them photos showing the measurements (in accordance with the website's instructions) and was told that the gaping was due to the fact that the dresses could be made up to 1 inch out! They insisted again that I had not measured my daughter correctly (despite having sent them photos). After numerous emails, they offered me £30 towards the cost of me having it shortened at the front (to make it look like the dress on the website) and to have the top taken in. The customer services person was quick to reply but extremely rude and unwilling to admit that the dress was not the same as that advertised on the website. I wish I could attach a photo to show anyone thinking of ordering a Kissydress. Please don't waste your money! I feel very foolish for having been taken in by a such beautiful images. Reading other reviews since, it is my view that most are fake (lots of broken english)and all over the top! Please don't waste your money. My dress is unwearable and £30 is not enought to have it remade. Not happy!

I ordered two dresses the first was completely different to the picture and they gave me a full refun for it. The other was slightly different and didn't fit well. I still loved the dress and had to pay to get it altered. They did refund part of what I paid for this dress. Overall the customer service was fantastic and I loved the dress.

I was rather worried about ordering three bridesmaids dresses from china but went ahead as my daughter really wanted them for her bridesmaids. I needn't have worried. I ordered three standard sizes and they arrived within a couple of weeks. The quality is brilliant and they all fit perfectly. Extremely well made dresses and fantastic service. My only criticism would be that I e-mailed them some information and didn't get a reply which left me worried in case they hadn't received it. Slight lack of communication. Apart from that, really good service and quality.

Colour of dress was perfect,however the sequences had fallen of and others were loose, i ordered in a size 8 which seemed to me like a size 10! No refund given which is a disgrace as there was damage done to the dress before it was even put on!

I ordered a dress from this website and paid with a credit card. The total was 118 and change. I checked my card statement and 195.00 was charged. I have no idea for what; however, I read another review after the fact that said they charge other service fees that they don't tell you about. I think thats misleading. Once I recieve the dress I'll post a review about the product quality. The website has NO PHONE NUMBER to call!
