Do not sign up with this company unless you have no other choice. I purchased a 32inch tv seven months ago which has become faulty. They have told me they will take it away for 7 days for repair. I am not prepared to wait 7 days so i asked for an exchange or refund they told me this is not there policy. After obtaining legal advice under the sale of goods act 1979 they must exchange or refund my account, but they have decided this law doesnt include them. I am in the process of taking this further and shall be closing my account. Do not buy anything electrical from them.
