I was a very happy customer of this company for a number of years: quick delivery and competitive prices but then I had a problem, a semi-completed order in October 2011. I assumed this would just be sorted out in due course but I heard nothing and despite sending four emails have never had a single reply. I'm very disappointed that my emails have been completely ignored. I can see from other reviews that this is not uncommon. A great pity.
