On march 24th I purchased (payed by paypal) a Kanken (Product Code: LAPTOP17LAKEBLUE and reference: RU842229051GB.) but never recived wahtsoever. after a month (end april) I contacted Customer Support department but they didn't want to give me any kind of help.
They simply said that "according to their files the item arrived to my country (spain)" and then they gave me a numeric reference thay was supposed to mean something to the local postal service, but it is apparently an unknown type of reference for them..!
Therefore I really cant´do anyhing because: a) "I Love MY Kanken" do not want to simply contact the Spanish postal office in which the tracking says that the item arrived and verify this; b) but they dont want neither to give me SOMETHING solid (not simple words, please) with which I could eventually go back to my local postal service and start an official claim..
It is not only a ver bad customer service...it is that I really feel that I have been stolen by "I love my Kanken"..!!
