bought a kanken no.2 black and bag arrived 9 days later, came with a total of 3 buttons damaged. I didn't ask for a refund as it was way too troublesome to mail it back as who knows if my item arrive will be of good condition.So I decided to buy another kanken no.2 black, hoping that the bag will be of a better condition and item also arrive in 9 days time. Fortunately, the bag was of a better condition as the previous bag, it only have one of the button damaged. To sum it up, my whole experience is nothing but complete disappointment.
