ilovemykanken.com is a throughly well designed, easy to navigate website so deciding on and selecting my purchase was made very simple - which was a very good start. then once i had selected (i chose a kanken classic in putty) i recieved 15% off with a code supplied so that improved an already brilliant experience. it was easy to pay (i used amazon payments and found that also an easy and handy way to online shop) and my kanken arrived in 3 days with the free 48 tracked delivery! this was the icing on the cake because i was expecting a much slower delivery and not only for it to come so quickly but also for me to be able to track my parcel was amazing. the staff member i emailed with a query was very helpful and polite and the package my kanken arrived it was also perfectly acceptable! my kanken is also a beautiful, well made and amazing purchase and i love it so thank you ilovemykanken.com i do indeed love my kanken and i love you, so i will be coming back at some point in the future and will be sending all my friends too!
