I ordered on the 8th-Apr, but later just happened to know that there is a FREE I Love My Kanken Zipper Pull with all purchases of Kanken from the 15th-Apr . . . which I have bought one.
My shipment was sent out on the 8th-Apr by Royal Mail, on the first 2days, there was status update ont their web when tracking. But after that, they just kept telling me that my shipment had been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery. It took more than 2weeks' time to arrive in my city (24-Apr) and finally the bag arrived at my home on the 26-Apr. I saw from your facebook that some other buyers also had the same experiences. Although it is FOC for delivery, but 3 weeks for a shipment from UK to HK is far to long. Besides, I could not get any update status from Royal Mail, even I sent them emails!
The bag I received looks OK, the 'Kid' size just fit my 10-years-old daughter, and she likes the color very much.
