Waited for over half a month to get my bag. I rescheduled twice and went to the post office but they could not find my parcel. I contracted Kanken but the information I got was not helping. Finally, I received my package today and I don't know why. It is not in good quality as I firstly thought and the belt was broken after first time of wearing it. I am really upset about this experience.
