This bag is awesome, but there is always room for improvement:
1) The non-padded shoulder straps burrow into your shoulders. Adding the padded straps fixes that, but you need to spend quite a bit more for that.
2) It's somewhat expensive. Even after the 20% non-EU reduction as well as the bonus 15% off.
3) Would LOVE more pockets and for the side pockets to have more volume so that non-standard water bottles can fit into them.
4) There should be a design-your-own-kanken option, where the customer gets to choose the color for each feature of the bag - front panel, front pocket, side pockets, frame, back panel, straps, handles... the works. That would be awesomeness in its truest form. I have the royal blue and ox red bag with warm yellow shoulder pads, and it looks so snazzy that I'm mentally assembling crazier color combos :)
