I Love My Kanken here - we're terrible sorry about the delay on your order. Unfortunately we have experienced an issue with some orders sent out to Korea during April that have not yet arrived. Royal Mail, who ship all our parcels, are currently investigating the problem - but in the mean time, we are happy to refund any customers who purchased during this time.
