I have reviewed many items in the past, and let me just say this has got to be one of the worse! I have bought more than 10 hijabs and some pins from them 3 weeks ago for mothers day, so I can give my mom the glitter and sparkle hijabs she always wanted. But my shipment has not arrived! I've tried to contact them with a ticket, on Facebook, and on Instagram. What do I get in return? Blocked from Facebook, ignored on Instagram, and no reply for my ticket! I thought maybe I should give them sometime because they are busy with orders, but when it comes down to customer service and no one is serious about it that is where I stand! I'm going to contact my bank and ask them if I can have my money back. People like that should not run a business if they do not satisfy their customer needs!And if you say you are doing it in God's name than there are no bigger cheaters than you!
I will not only write this review on this website but I will write on their own website, Sitejabber, and of course the place we all love to watch videos, YouTube.
So if you would like to buy great hijabs this is not the website for you. I would look else where. I would recommend either hijabfashionshop.com or Hijab-ista.com they maybe a dollar or pound more but they at least care about their customers and get their delivery on time.
I will give them about a week to see if they will give me my order if not then I know what I am going to do. Because this is for my mom, not me!

As per page rules, and instagram, comments with order details and enquiries cannot be taken. We have had someone stalk a sister and order for her because of this! since then we have asked customers not to do this, and also so we can manage enquiries properly. On the tickets system, we have all the customers details at hand, order number, time the order was sent, etc. I assure you, all tickets are replied to as I do so myself, and within the stated time of 3 working days/72 hours. I can send proof of a response and when it was sent. If you give me your order number I can show all of this.
We always send out orders, and fast, within 1-2 days usually. A confirmation email is sent for shipments, (as long as you did not order as guest)
Royal mail are the delivery courier, the stated times are from them, once we pack and send your package to the delivery company, our job is done, and we do it fast. If you are international, Royal mail claim 5-7 days, however we do state on our site in all honesty, waiting for US orders takes average two weeks according to customer feedback. We answer all enquiries and try our best to see what the problem may be. All orders are received without a problem, unless two things- address is wrong, or someone is not home and missed delivery and does not pick it up from where they are told to pick it up. It is then sent back to us, as we have return labels, and once we receive it , we always take proof photos for reasons like this- reviews that claim we do not send, it also has a reason for it not reaching you once we get the package back-marked by royal mail.
your package should get to you fine if address is right and someone home, if there is any delay it will be within the airmail, or your country postal method and system speed, or royal mail. If address is wrong or you dont pick the package up, again, we do get them back, refund the customer, and take proof photos of it being sent to you, sent back to us, and the reason stated by the delivery company.
We only ban customers who insist on commenting on posts, after being replied to and kindly advised not to do so, if they do not comply, as per rules of page, we will have to ban, again for two reasons- to manage all enquiries correctly and efficiently, and for customers safety.

In the US do they transfer from Royal Mail to like USPS or some other company because I have been trying to find Royal Mail in my area and they do not have that in New York? Can you help?
