“Awful customer service”

Delivery was fine - but the parka was too large and had a zip that kept sticking. I returned my goods 10 days ago. I phoned to explain I would be returning them and why.

I returned them 10 days ago and since then nobody has called or emailed to notify me of receipt of the goods or to reimburse. Thank heavens I sent them recorded delivery (so have proof of delivery) and not in the general first class post, as gear-zone recommended when I called them. Have chased this up twice now and both times been told they will have to look into it without ever hearing back. What I have had is a series of excuses of people not being in, the warehouse being behind and stand in staff not knowing the process.

I want my £187 back now, please!
