The website although basic was pretty thorough and easy to navigate. I was done choosing items quickly and checked out without any problems.

1 week later I had the whole order in one box (which is a nice surprise, considering other companies) which was signed for and came directly at the shipping adress (which is also another suprise as most orders go the local mail service and have to be picked from there withtin working hours). Private shipping companies are the way to go.

The box was without a scratch, and had the aprropriate integrity (even though it was mostly just foam ordered) and everything was in there, including an invoice and a free pencil (nice gesture).

The items inside were, as expected, of excellent quality.

Summarizing, it was a nice expirience and I will prefer them again in the future, as well as recommend Feldherr products to anyone.
