Ordered 2 items. Not received. Refused to issue refund. They also took the money straight away, not upon dispatch as you would expect. The website is down, they do not respond to emails and the phone number on the website does not work!! A clear sign this company is just a sham. Do NOT waste your money (no matter how impressive their website looks).

I had my sister in India order a Anju Modi outfit from ExclusivelyIn, what we got left us wondering if this is the kind of product AM sells. ugh...there was no label identifying it as a designer product and it said silk in the website but was not, it was some kind of georgette and horrible quality cotton. The print on it was off on one side, all faded. We paid a lot of money for this and had a horrible experience. Going to return it and hope to get our money back. NaliniM

i recently ordered items from this site. they did not deliver three of my items. the customer service has been horrible and they are unwilling to send me the items i ordered. they are also horrible at responding. very dissatisfied with their service. do not order from them!!!

Wish I had read some of these reviews before I placed my order. Never again will I buy from this site . Infact I will think twice before ordering from any online site. It been 6 wks and there is not even a tentative date of delivery. Horrible customer service. Big mistake !!!!!!

The site has amazing designer stuff and I bought clothes on sale. The prices were great but the delivery took 10+ weeks despite the site saying 6 to 7 week delivery. The sizing information on the designer website and ExclusivelyIn website doesn't match. They have not made any effort to change it either. They don't accept returns on many items and the whole process has been very troublesome. You can buy from your favorite designer if u know the sizing and are in no hurry to receive the clothes.

I am really not sure how this company manages to survive despite its atrocious customer service. Once you place an order it goes into a black hole. You will not get any response to your order inquiry emails, if they do bother to respond it will be that they will check and get back to you. I am very frustrated and will never place an order with them again.

Merchandise is good. Delivery times too long - especially for the U.S. They have too much competition in America now. Rates are quite high since you can get the same so called designer wear for less. They're not ready for the American clientele or market. They don't quite get how to treat customers, just another outfit trying to make money off of Americans. But the Customer Service is clearly the worst, no exposure to the outside world, legal violations and questionable billing practices - now under review of American banks. Give it about 6 months and the business will either survive (provided they improve on legal issues) or will shut down.

Website promises the earth and has tempting pictures to show but when you place an order you receive nothing or a broken/torn item. This cannot be returned and always a replacement is not available. Pathetic customer service. No reply to emails, Facebook messages and there's no phone number to contact anyone. Never ever buy anything from this company. Its companies like this that give India and its retailers a bad name. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY FROM THEM. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I have ordered from exclusively.in twice.The quality of the cloth and the work has been really impressive.And thats exactly what persuaded me to order from them the second time.The orders and placed and they very quick and smart in taking money from your account.(Most clothes cost >$100)plus huge shipping charge for every extra order.But they wont update you on the delivery date or status of the products.Besides you end up waiting for months and months before you receive your order.Its been more than 2 months since i have placed my order and haven't even received an update or delivery yet.So think twice before ordering,is the high quality and high price and the huge shipping cost worth the wait??
