VERY UNPROFESSIONAL service. I placed my order on 17th March, paid a sum of rs. 21,079/- My order number is 88280. I still haven't received my complete order, today is 23rd May 2017. All the numbers mentioned are FAKE! THEY DO NOT REVERT BACK TO MY MAILS NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO THE WEBSITE INQUIRY TICKET!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RATHER FRAUDULENT!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I recently purchased a top for my girlfriend from elitify of Avirate. but when Elitify received the product in QC they found it some stitching issues , what so ever i got notified about it and hence their sale Head Nitin Narang contracted me and notified me about it and gave me bunch of suggestion item to replace the order. hence i liked one so as a wonderful gesture he contacted Avirate and made me deliver the item same with it 2 hours but i got in like 1 hr or so . what more anyone can expect from a site to facilitate you ? i had really a wonderful time shopping there.

My first order was after reading these mix reviews. I was scared, however my Ax Shirts and shoes reached on time. They were nicely packed and worth buying.. I will recommend my friends to buy from Elitify.

Poor show elitify our order has not reached us despite calling and mailing you people. Order 75156 is still in limbo. Elitify ninja service thank you for your pathetic service. Hope your business burns to ashes.  your style consultants have the largest pinocchio noses. You would not return our 20k.. Beware... An american business education is no guarantee of a successful business for an uncommitted man.

These guys have an excellent range of products on their website, better than any other in India. But, their logistics, delivery, sales service et al are quite shoddy. Seems these guys are still having some teething troubles. They have jumbled up my orders (as in ordered something, received something else etc), have made extreme delays (almost 2 months delay for my last shipment) and their customer care needs to work fast, a lot faster in fact. One advice, never pay in advance on this website, always go for COD.

Had order some nail shades, and stuff, was to be delivered on Oct 24th, which was like 20 days after the order was placed. TIll November 5th no communication from them. The NUmber on their website, asks you to leave a voice message. On finally contacting them, their customer service executives, were so darn rude, knew right there it's mistake to shop with them. FInally got my money back, and a call from their Manager or Owner Amit, apologising. Well too little, too late. Everyone is going to remember the bad service they had with you...atleast I do, even after a month

I have ordered many times from Elitify.com, and always received my products within a week. Recently I received an order with an item missing - upon emailing customer service, I received a reply within a few hours apologizing for the error. They sent the item with no hassles, and gave me a 10% discount on my next order! This is the kind of service that all online retailers should aim for.
