Appallingly Dishonest 'Service'

I totally agree with the other coments regarding the service from Electric T-Shirts. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I am shocked that they are stil allowed to trade.

I ordered some t-shirts as Christmas gifts on 1st November last year, they took my money two days later, and never sent the items to me.

After 4 weeks they told me the items were on back order, which goes against their own ploicy of only taking the money as each item is dispatched, so I asked for a refund and the communication ended there.

After numerous calls (to their answering machine - which was nearly always unsurprisingly full) and countless emails, my partner finally had someone from Electric T-shirts call us back promising a refund.

We had to call and email at least a dozen times afer this before the money finally went back into our account three and a half months after they took it out. To be honest, we had almost given up hope of seeing our money again.

I would suggest to anyone who is owed money from Electric T-Shirts to keep on pressing them for it. We also wrote to Trading Standards and emailed a copy of the letter to Electric T-Shirts, which may have helped.

However, we are baffled as to how they are clinging on, as they clearly do not have all the stock that they claim to have, and they don't promptly refund customers when they cannot provide the items.

They are pulling in plenty of customers because they promise to provide items in designs and sizes that other more honest companies would say are 'out of stock', and the lure of getting that longed for item that no-one else can get hold of is very attractive. Unfortunatly,they are unable to deliver, and it is annoying to see that they are still allowed to carry on trading.

In short, if you are thinking of buying from this company - don't - you may never see your money again.
