Hi what ever you do don't buy any dress from them there quality and copying is so poor words can not describe, my dress is not worth £5.00 let alone what I paid and they will not refund and they don't pay correct postage please buy some where else

No, no, no, no, no, no just don't. The emails are laughably awful and rude and if you think you can get a refund - believe me it won't be happening so buy at your own risk. Quality is not as depicted in images. Oh and after paying £30 for P&P you then get pestering text messages from the parcel company to pay some more money on tax as it was from overseas, so you have that to deal with. Not fun.

Ordered dresses they arrived badly made and wrong colour. Contacted them and was told because they are hand made there would be mistakes and colour differences so they suggest I keep the dresses!! Please please do not buy

I bought a custom made dress for my Anniversary party from this website. I wished I had done more research before buying. I spent £120 for dress with jacket and postage. The pictures on the website look so professional and the reviews read so good but it is all for a company in China out to get money from customers. When my dress arrived it looked nothing like the picture I chose. The colour was wrong, it didn't fit and looked awful, it had stains on the under slip. Because it was custom made I couldn't send it back. I was left with a dress unfit for wear and couldn't be put right. I was so angry and disappointed, what a waste of money the dress was only fit for the bin. Please don't buy anything from this company they are not fit for purpose. I should have realised all wasn't as it seems when there is no returns policy etc and the emails I received was written in bad english/wording etc. This has been a very expensive learning curve which won't happen again.

Bought a formal dress for my daughter cost over $300 and what a disaster hem uneven, beads missing and waist stitching all off centre. I returned it at my cost at $40 they say they never received it so I am now out $300+. I went online to leave negative feedback (with photos) but they have blocked me and won't let me in even when I tried to change my password. Try Light In The Box bought dresses from them and they were lovely.

I brought a Dylan McQueen dress and paid £25 postage. Two weeks after the dress arrived I received another invoice from TNT demanding 325 import duties. They claim that any goods over 330 coming from China incurred IMPORT TAX. BEWARE OF THESE ADDITIONAL COSTS AS DYLAN MCQUEEN DOES NOT MAKE THIS CLEAR ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!

The fact that people can continue to stay online and run a false business is really a huge flaw in the Internet sales industry. They send poor quality items and then won't return or exchange. The customer service wrote me back after 3 emails and said to describe my issue, after I told them clearly in three emails prior. They are not English speaking and I can tell by the broken English writing. It is a shame that they take money from people who work really hard to earn it and they just sit back and laugh in China. Karma will catch up to these low life's.

Dylan Mcqueen dresses - I wish I had read the other reviews first. On first look at the website it appears to be UK based and has a .co.uk web address and e-mails with a UK site address as well. I should have know better when I got the first e-mail after placing my ordering asking if a particular colour was ok as it was the nearest match they had to the one I had ordered - strange !! on receiving the dress by courier as soon as I signed my heart sank as I could clearly see it was sent from China. The quality of the material and workmanship is shocking. Like other people I have sent many e-mails and have only had one back asking for pictures - no return address no refund. The dress is that bad I would not wear it to do the cleaning in.... please dont buy from this site they need reporting to Trading Standards which I am considering doing.

Really annoyed! Ordered 'Prom dress' nothing like pic; arrived crumpled and a misrepresentation and does not fit. I spent over £100 NO REFUND YET! I have absolutely no idea WHY NOT?! On line complaints form conveniently does not work; keeps crashing EMails not replied to, to my satisfaction. I want a complete and full refund. I would not recommend EVER buying from here....EVER!!!

I bought a dress from this website and it was completely different to the image of it on the website..Everything about the dress was different and even the size was incorrect. Be warned never buy off this site and do not be misled by this website because you will be disappointed ... the dress is absolutely horrible and so badly made.I immediately got onto them and their response to me was"IN ONE WORD ITS A NICE DRESS".I have sent numerous emails and they have not answered my last email.I would have liked to have read more honest and trustworthy reviews about this website and would liked to have been warned that their customer services were appalling.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! THERE'S A REASON WHY THIS SITE ARE ALWAYS IN SALE! I splurged and bought a dress for a really important event and when it arrived it was stained, the hem was buckled and didn't look a bit like the photo. As per their illegal refund policy, I am not able to get a refund apparently and if I do send it back I have to cover the €50 cost of shipping and then I MIGHT get 20% of the cost of the dress back.  So now I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear, can't get a refund on and practically can't sell because it is so horrible looking. Customer service also told me to "fix the dress yourself" before finally telling me I can't get a refund after 2/3 weeks of correspondence. This website sells rip offs of celebrity dresses and their own designs, made in china and the website is working out of the UK as far as I know. Don't say I didn't warn you.
