Hello I did order with Dylan queen a beautiful dress and when l received was just a biiiig deception . NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPAGNY . The customer service pretend to don't understand what do you mean , the material is very cheap , unfinished and very bad . Believe me they want just your money if the dress is not good don't ask for exchange or refund because they don't going do to . I 've fighting for couple weeks and nothing happened

I bought a dress from Dylan Queen and it was very poor quality and looked cheap. Don't even buy anything from them!!!!!

I have ordered a Wedding Dress, and although I have given all the necessary measurements, the dress does not fit properly. It cost me as much as the amount I paid for the dress to get it fix for my Big day. I am very disappointed. Please I advise you to avoid buying form them.

I bought a wedding dress from the site. It was very delayed which was not what I expected as they promised a shipping of 4-6 days only! I paid an extra £25 for the postage and a few days later paid another £4. They did not inform me about the postage delay and the extra money I had to pay. The customer service is very rude and do not take any responsibility. Upon receiving the dress, it was nothing like what I bought. The colour is different and the design of the beadings are different to what is presented on the website. I contacted them again and got nothing but an email saying: I suggest you keep the dress!!!! I am very disappointed by their customer service as they are not honest and they are not professional. They do not pay any respect to their customer and very much falsely advertise their products. Does anyone know how I can get a full refund and if they know any companies that are willing to help me with this situation.

Ordered gown and received it in the time quoted. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of fabric and craftsmanship. I sew a little and the fabric was as nice as any I find in the special occasion department of my local fabric store. My arms are thick for my dress size and there was plenty of fabric in the seam allowance for alterations. I am thrilled with this purchase.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this company. I received a dress that looked nothing like the picture advertised. The netting was crudely cut, flowers (not on design) were stuck on with glue and glue dribbled all over skirt of dress, visible un co=ordinate thread. AWFUL. Emailed for over 6 weeks, sent photos of shoddy dress. Got no where. Customer service dreadful. Finally went through Bank and success. Do not let this company fool you. Be patient and persevere if this has happened to you.

I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen and gave measurements. When the dress arrived it was far too short and they refused to refund me. Terrible aftercare and left out of pocket with a dress that I will never wear. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Purchased a prom dress from Dylan QUeen online the dress cost $133.00 they charged $35.000 for tailoring and $ 15.99 for express shipping.It arrived in 10 days the dress was HORRIBLE!!! The measurements were wrong, it looked as an imitation of there picture that they have posted on there website. It was the wrong material, color as well as instead of lace it was sequence and sequence was falling all over the place. The weight of the dress was so heavy and it did not fit my daughter. I e-mailed them the same day I looked over there policy it clearly states return if by fault of there's as well as return postage if approved by customer service. They responded they could only return 5%of the dress price and to keep the dress. After 9 days of numerous e-mails to several different peole. They offered 20%and 60% of the dress price but I had to pay return postage. They sent me $15.46 and to keep the dress!!!My daughter lost out on a prom dress but what do they care. They take your money as quick as you punch in the numbers. They have no contact# and they have numerous addresses in China. The picture of the dresses are from magazines not there companies! They are robbing numerous peole in the US & UK ... They are saying they are not affiliated but the same skeem are happening in both countries. They need to be stopped!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! SOMEONE WHO HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE PLEASE CONTACT !! DO NOT GIVE UR MONEY To THEM!!!

custom made dress was much too big, very unhelpful, cost me £45 to get the dress altered by a local seamstress, dress looked nothing like the pictures, bodice much too long for any normal woman

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter the only thing they got right was the colour! The dress was poor quality and was badly made,with loose ends fraying seams, different material to that advertised and completely wrong proportions and length. Their returns process is a joke they in no way honour their returns policy . They send begging emails asking you to keep dress because they cannot afford to loose money and offer 5% refund as compensation this gradually increases to 20% then half if you pay shipping and taxes to return it (be warned they also say will probably go missing ) when rejecting this the offers then started to drop back to 10% ....this company is not uk based and the goods actually come from china ....avoid them at all costs

Do not order from this company I ordered a prom dress for my daughter was not told of the 25.oo delivery but paid it anyway. When the dress came it was scrunched up in a small plastic bag. The dress was all creased beads falling off and miles too big. Tried to get a refund no chance they will only offer you half the price but you have to pay postage then they say they havnt received the dress. To top it all off you get an import tax bill for 25.00 on top which no one tells you about. Well that will not be paid. Keep well away from this online Hong Kong company.

This is a genuine review. Ordered the dress on 30th March and it was delivered on 15th April. It is beautiful and matches the colour and design beautifully. We ordered standard size 14 and it fits perfectly. My daughter is thrilled. I did have cause to email Dylan Queen directly with a query and got an immediate satisfactory response. All in all excellent service, price and quality

Subsequent emails were ignored. Today I received an import tax bill from TNT for £26. So including postage and import tax the £40 shoes actually cost £91. Expensive lesson learnt always read reviews before buying. I would strongly advise you avoid these people and save yourself money and disappointment.

Let me start off by saying just don't order. Don't look at the site, don't be fooled by the cheap prices, just stay away. First off the pictures of the dresses on the site aren't the dresses they make. They take American designer dresses and attempt to make replicas that end up looking like poo! When I first removed my dress from its packaging the cheap beads immediately began to fall off. Threads were hanging and the dress was entirely too BIG. The beads look like something you would buy from toys r us and I could have probably stuck them on better myself. The fabric was incredibly cheap and heavy. I received my dress 5 days before my PROM and was stuck feeling hopeless. I tried to get it tailored and with the way the dress was made it was impossible. I was stuck with a dress that your grandmother would probably love as a tablecloth and trying to find a dress 4 days before my prom. Customer service is just as Disappointing as their imposter dresses. I've emailed them several times in regards to getting a refund and they continue to send me an invoice. I realized I've wasted my time and money. I hope someone reads this reviews and reconsiders ordering so they won't go through what I had to. The dress you will recieve will be NOTHING like the picture you see.

dylanqueen TOTALLY UNRELIABLE BASED IN HONG KONG NOT UK and you cannot ring them the only contact is by email and never by the same person. My experience--Dress and jacket looked completely different, wrong colour total miss match they were extreamly badly finished the lace was all frayed with pulled threads front and back and on the seams, it looks like a second hand dress. The jacket was split on the back seam. Their response was to take photos of them, which I did email 10 photos then they said to bring it to a tailors and they would share the costs. I asked to return them and get a refund they said NO to keep the dress and offered me 10% of the money of the dress only, which would not even cover a fraction of the costoms tax I had to pay on delivery They replied to me very rudely and would not take any responsibility!! Do not waste your time and money on this  COMPANY WEB SITE !!!!!!!!!! I COULD NOT RATE THIS COMPANY 0000

Do not buy from Dylan Queen. When they made a mess of my order they offered 15% of the cost as a refund provided I return the dress. This did not include £20 postage I had paid nor £23 import tax. As the return postage would cost more than the refund value I had to decline. The useless dress is now at the charity shop!

I am shocked and angry with this company. Ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses and instead of taking 6 days it took 6 weeks. When the dresses arrived the quality and workmanship was so poor. Threads coming out, loose stitching, pin holes all over and even rust marks where the pin had been on for too long. They were on sage but on arrival looked nothing like the picture and are a bright ugly neon green. I requested a refund and the response I got back was so rude. I attached photo evidence and they only offered me 10%. I'm now on contact with a nan  and am shocked with the way he is handling my complaint. I will be taking legal action and will be going to my bank to see if I can get a refund there!!! Do not buy!!!
