Brought a dress for my daughters prom which didn’t fit so we returned it. I’ve since sent several messages asking for a refund no response no contact at all. Appalling service, embarrassing

Absolutely shocking company. Stolen my money (which they took within an hour of me ordering). No dress. No refund when requested. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I brought a dress from this web site, for my daughter, for her first prom. The dress did arrive but it was of such poor quality that she could not wear it. There was beading around the bust area that was half done on one side and what was done on the other side was falling off. everything about this dress was wrong, from the fabric to the workmanship. The website is very misleading, you would think the company is in the UK, but it is not and i could not return it. We lost 180 Euro.

So I ordered a dress and jacket in January for my godsons christening, the dress turned up promptly but was missing the waist belt. I then awaited the jacket which never turned up, I emailed them and eventually got a reply. They said they credit my account and send a new dress, neither ever happened. I rung and spent 1hr 30mins waiting before I was cut off!! Disgusting customer service!

Would never recommend them to my friends. Been waiting over 4 weeks for my dress. No replies to emails, Facebook or Twitter messeges and now phone calls

Do not order... i placed an order and delivery was great but i have since returned the item and have now waited 6 weeks and still waiting for a refund. Do not email back and have spent at least 5 hours on the phone and get cut off everytime i get to queue position one. Will be contacting trading standards

My daughter picked a dress for her prom, material was supposed to be 'chiffon', when it came it was a cheap polyester mix. The sizing was way off and many other things wrong with the dress. This was two months ago, I have been in contact with them daily via email and they have only proposed a 40% refund even complying with their return terms and conditions! I don't think for one minute I will receive any money back from them ... lost £100 in total with shipping etc. Dreadful company to deal with. Dreadful customer service. I can't understand how they have been given export rights to serve in the UK. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them! Website is very inaccurate, in descriptions and terms and conditions! Under no circumstances use this company!!

I ordered a dress from this company and received the wrong item. I promptly sent it back and since then, over a month later, I have not heard from them. No refund and no reply to emails. Tried to call but always in a queue of 10 people. Absolutely fuming

AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE!! I placed an ordered which i did receive but not guarantee next day (as stated on website) and paid extra for it. Return the items a few days later as not suitable. That was 30 days ago and still no refund. I have emailed them and sent messages through their site with no reply and tried to call but no reply... Shocking service!!!

I ordered a dress which arrived within the timescales stated but looked very cheap and not like the picture. I was disappointed but thought it might look better on, however the zip would not open as it had been incorrectly sewn and the fabric on the bust was also puckered as the seams were uneven. I wrote to them and was offered £15. I had already taken advice from a dressmaker who said it was poor quality and couldn't be fixed without taking the whole dress apart. I requested to return it (as per their website), to the Portsmouth address they advertise but they said they do not have a UK base. They then offered me £25. I sent a short movie of me trying to open the zip and showing the faults which they said they couldn't open, although we could on any device. I asked why they advertise a UK address if they don't have one and was told @we don't know, we just employee. Since writing back and advising that I would not keep the dress and wanted to return it they have not responded to any emails. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I did hesitate but saw the London and Portsmouth warehouse address and thought it would be safe. You should not buy from this company, you may be one of the lucky ones that receive a dress that is ok but mine is cheap looking and nothing like the picture so I cannot see how they can also provide good quality dresses. I would pay a little extra and buy from a European company.

The dress I ordered arrived. I was pleased with some things until.... zip was broken and they offered to pay £8 towards repair but I never receieved it. It was then I realised the dress was made in China despite being a uk website. They said in broken English ' to expensive to send back to China'. I tried it on, didn't fit. Measured it. It was a size 8 to 10 according to reputable websites size guides. Not a 12 I ordered. Website says they leave a inch for alterations so dress is made with an inch. So I paid for alterations. Got it back, tried it on, the hideousness of the whole dress became apparent. The fit all over the place, the desing not at all like the one I ordered. I compare my dress with the picture from the website I ordered, it was not even slightly like the dress I ordered. Sequins were not sewn on but put on a strip of netting and tacked on. The waist was not gathered but straight. It was a foot at least too long and it crucnched up around the bodice part. I cannot wear it. A child could have made better. I was expecting a cheaper dress ( although I still paid £102) so ie xpected a dress worth that. It is only worth the bin. Stay away. Don't even think about taking the risk as they pick out bad reviews and they look apparently good!

I paid for a rush order for a charity fundraiser I was organising. I also ordered another dress for more casual events. According to my rush order I should have received the dresses two weeks ago. My event is well and truly over and I had the hideous experience of having to go buy something at the very last minute. According to the tracking site my dresses were sent (1 day before the last due date) but still no sign two weeks later. Appalling service and I can't even comment on the quality as I have received nothing for my money and nothing when I ask for a refund.

Can I just say my dress is beautiful and very well made.....however delivery and customer service - awful. I had 10 dresses delivered to me in error and was asked to ship them on all over the world. I am disabled and this is not possible. I asked them to collect. This shop gave out my phone number and I had angry customers phoning me and asking me to ship them on. This was extremely stressful and actually against the law.

i should have known when i received an email asking them to confirm my details without a legitimate email address nor did they have a signature at the bottom of it. never received my dress. i paid 85 pounds which when they converted to euro charged me €155! Im going to get onto the bank! do not buy!

Dresses are ugly, poor quality, bear no resemblance to the picture or the size requested and there are no returns despite there being a UK returns address. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER, THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON! You will never get your money back... you have been warned!

I received this order the day after I made the order- I was over the moon! You can tell it's not exactly the same as the designer version and not the same quality but for £130 cheaper what more can you ask?! Zip is slightly dodgy but overall I'm pleased with the product and incredibly pleased with the fast service. I will definately be using this site again!

Bought dress for daughter prom ,when she put dress on it was not the size on the label __NOT EVEN CLOSE !!!! One unhappy daughter It is rare for me to be scammed however it happened on this occasion. Avoid company at all costs, contact number is in the USA never answer phone and furthermore never reply to emails. Lesson learned (there is a reason why the dresses are so cheap it seems to good to be true, you know the rest of the saying)

The dress I ordered in April arrived quickly but was a completely different colour than advertised and see through. I sent it back the next day and 2 months later I still haven't received a refund. They are also ignoring the 4 emails I have sent. Shame on them for scamming innocent people out of hard earned money and shame on social media websites for displaying adverts for this company.

Please be warned, do not use this company which is entirely based in China. Although the website looks very nice and highly professional, it is not. Although they deliver the dresses to your home (well, they did in my case), the addresses on their website do not exist, there are no Headquarters in the UK, there is no telephone number and the dresses are cheap replicates of existing dresses. Colours are really not the same (not even slightly). Getting your money back is almost impossible and they try to do everything they can to discourage you from returning with the "excuse" that the dresses are tailor made, which is not true as one orders normal UK sizes. Am trying to get money back through credit card company.
