I'm from the United States. I ordered a prom dress from this website back in February. Now I must tell you that before I actually ordered the dress I checked reviews for the website and they were all good reviews, well obviously I didn't look hard enough. So I placed the order and I expected the delivery to come in 30 days because it was coming from the UK to America and last time I ordered something from the UK it took about 40+ days and went all the way to Hong Kong. Ever since February I have been messaging them on the website and they replied back until recently I asked where the dress actually was, if I could get my money back, and if they could provide me with any shipping imfo. It is now April 18 my prom is May 16 and the dress has NOT come and I have no info on the dress. My mother is now being generous and taking it upon herself to buy another dress from David's Bridal. I'm going to try and get in contact with someone to get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WONDERING WEAR IT IS!!!!!!! If you really want a dress get it from the actual website and not a second hand website like this one.
