This website is now called www.dressesonlinesale.co.uk. We ordered my daughter's prom dress 12 weeks ago. Despite many promises that it will be delivered we have still not received it. They are now not replying to our web chat requests. They do not reply to our emails- we have no proof of our emails being sent as the emails go via their website, there is no telephone number and they refused to give us a number when we requested one. They wait until your 45 days are up on your paypal guarantee then they stop communicating with you. I have requested a refund as per their policy on the website- all the promises on the website are lies! DO NOT BUY anything from these scammers!

I agree with the above comment, my comment would be"do not go anywhere near them"
Their customer service is a joke - it is easily the worse experience i have ever had with online shopping.
They said i paid by Paypal but unfortunately for i did not but as i paid with credit card i am hopeful of getting my money back.
Please go no where near the site

I also bought a prom dress from this site, but I am very satisfied with this site.Just because of their excellent customer service.They replied to my mail immediately,and solved all my questions via live chat.

My wife has also had a very bad experience, customer service does not exist. We have returned the dress after being 9 weeks late, the quality is very poor. We have tried to contact the office at Portsmouth with no success. If you e-mail them to reply, they don't! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
