I bought 2 pairs of identical pumps for work wear. Within the week, the sole of the pair of pumps came off. I decided to return BOTH pairs (I assumed that the same thing would happen to the other pair of unworn pumps, which still had the labels)
When I went to return the FAULTY pair of pumps which tore within a week, I took my RECEIPT and the pumps to the store in Sheffield, The Moor and asked for a refund.
THEY TOLD MORE THE PUMPS HAD BEEN WORN TOO MUCH!! Their customer service was absolutely awful They were talking amongst themselves, and treating me like I had done something wrong.
Even though I received my refund, I have not been back to purchase anything from any of the DP stores in Sheffield. Their attitude just puts me off.
