I live in the US and ordered some dresses with the "free shipping and tracking" promo. After a week I received an email stating that I owed an additional $70.00 for customs fees. No where on the website does it mention customs fees. I have sent three emails cancelling the order with no response from them and no contact telephone number. I will now contact my American Express card and stop payment. I'm out $200. Never again!
