Have to say either the company do not have any staff to answer emails and phone calls or they sit around doing nothing.
The customer services is appalling, no-one gets back to you.
I returned an item over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money back.
They claim there is a problem, but in order for it to be looked into and sorted out, I (the customer) is expected to sit on the phone for an hour to get this resolved. They do not act...
Would not want anyone to go through this and will not be shopping or spending money with a company that works like this
