I paid extra for selected day delivery. Parcels always arrive with me for 11am. I contacted Dorothy Perkins four times late afternoon asking if they could let me know where my parcel was. I was told they would be contacted and she would call me back...didn't happen. I was then told they couldn't do this when I called again, this is not true. I called again and she put me on hold whilst she contacted the delivery company for 15 minutes then the line went dead. I contacted them again and this time was personally put through to a supervisor...but oh no I was just left holding on the phone again for 15 minutes without contact. I have always worked in the customer care industry and this is by far the worst customer service I have received in the last 10 years. I can see why they aren't doing well because people buy off people.
